Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Harrison County

This is my husbands second time staying here and he loves it! The house has everything you need. He had a very peaceful stay. Felt right at home! The neighborhood is very quiet too. Highly recommend this home! The host was amazing! So quick to respond and help! They’re awesome!!

Kasey’s house was perfect for our weekend at the Ripken ballpark. It was great to be able to come “home” between games to rest and to do laundry. The house had everything we needed and was just as advertised.

Heather's place was absolutely perfect for a stay in French Lick! The hot tub worked seamlessly and there was plenty of space for our guests. Very close to the resort and golf courses as well! Would definitely stay again!

The River’s Edge Oasis was a great place to stay for our quick trip through Louisville. Had some difficulties for a few minutes getting the keys, but James answered very quickly and we figured out the issue and everything was smooth sailing from there. The house is decorated very nicely and very clean, you’ve got everything you need and if you don’t have it there are plenty of options around to find what you’re looking for. It was beautiful to wake up overlooking the Ohio River in the early mornings, very quiet and peaceful. James and his team were very accommodating and it made our short stay so enjoyable. We would definitely book this house again if we’re ever in the Louisville area!

The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The house was exactly what we were looking for. We have a golden retriever and this was our first opportunity to take her on vacation. It worked out great.

We throughly enjoyed David's home. It in a peaceful neighborhood with a great backyard! We used the kitchen alot during our stay and it had everything we needed! The laundry amenities were also very convenient with detergent and stain remover provided. David was very responsive and understanding! We absolutely hope to stay here again!

We stayed at The Caddy Corner for a long girls' weekend, 4 of us. It was the perfect amount of space inside the house, and the outside/ firepit area was a bonus! We loved the hot tub after a long day of shopping in both French Lick and Jasper. We highly recommend visiting the Jasper Farmer's Market and the French Lick Museum. We wish that there were more little shops IN French Lick, but we enjoyed what they do offer. The drive to Jasper is short and worth it to get in more shopping! We did get to meet one of the neighbors, his name is Korde, and he was very friendly. It was just us four ladies, and we needed a man for a small task, and he was there for us. So, Emma, if you know Korde, please thank him again for us. We really enjoyed our stay, and if ever back in the area, we will stay again! Thanks for your hospitality! Love, The Fab Four

Comfortable home with floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the Ohio River. This secluded home and outdoor deck helped us relax immediately!! Shane/Leigh Ann helped when we had questions; and communication was great. We were allowed to bring our little Cavachon dog and he was as relaxed as we were. This is the second home we have rented with Shane. Going back to this home in September and we’ll make reservations for next Spring. Thank You, Shane!! Great place to stay- the apartment feels really new and is in a modern and clean building. The apartment itself is large, has a nice kitchen and nice layout (bedrooms are not connected). The area is beautiful and you are steps away from a wonderful walk/hike/run at the Falls of the Ohio state park. All amenities are there. The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner - I think this was a short oversight as the rest of the house was very clean and tidy.

An absolute gem. Exactly as described, and with all the amenities we needed for a visit to Louisville. Devin and NaKayla were responsive to all of our needs, and were quick to reply to our questions. Beautiful apartment and wonderful stay. Looking forward to returning next year.

We had a WONDERFUL stay, the apartment was gorgeous. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Bruce was very responsive from the beginning of my booking through our complete stay. He went above and beyond with little details to make the stay so personal. We loved the muffins 😊 I highly recommend staying here while in the area. The place is in great location. And quiet

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Libor’s place. We were in town for a weekend wedding, and the location was perfect—close to restaurants, coffee shops, and some really cute thrift and regular stores. The house itself was super cute and spacious. The only thing we really missed was a full-length mirror, especially since we had to get dressed up often. It would’ve been very helpful to have one. Overall we recommend Libor’s place!

Marrianna was a wonderful host and great with communication. She was able to accommodate our late check in and was helpful with recommendations and making sure we didn't need anything. The house was as described and we appreciated that it was so reasonably priced. We'd stay here again if we're in the area.

We stayed at Michael’s for the derby, it was a great location. He recommended places to go we went to bourbon Bristo and eggs over Frankfort which were fantastic. It was nice to be on 1st floor and close to parking. Place was clean and the electric fireplace was calming. There were places close by to shop. The place is pet friendly but we didn’t bring ours. great spot for a quick weekend getaway

Perfect little home away from home in the heart of Louisville. Nettie’s place has everything you need along with convenience of being able to get to anywhere you’d want to go while in town. Annette is the sweetest host who goes above and beyond to communicate and ensure you feel taken care of. If we’re lucky enough to visit the derby again in the future, we would definitely look at staying here. Thank you for a great stay Annette!

We recently stayed at this cozy private retreat, and it was the perfect family getaway. Tucked away from the chaos of everyday life, it offered the peace and privacy we didn’t even realize we needed. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. From movie nights in the comfy living room to making meals together in the fully equipped kitchen, every moment felt special. The kids had room to play, and we loved enjoying quiet mornings on the porch with coffee and birdsong. It was a truly relaxing and refreshing escape, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.
