Heart l Of Montrose - Cozy 1 BR

The condo is located on the 1st floor of a classical building built in 1930's. A very pleasant kitchen-dining room is furnished with taste and it is perfect for a relaxing dinner after having explored Houston. The living area wth the sofa bed is located at the opposite part of the aparment so that it can be considered as a separate bedroom (although it does not have a door separating from the rest of the condo). An outdoor patio is perfect for relaxing breakfast. Breakfast on the run provided.

The clean and comfortable furnishings in this home blend cozy and inviting style with modern design. 2 BR (2 Queen 1 King bed) 1 Full Bath and 1/2 Bath **NOTE: Beginning March 2026 our neighbor is building a new home and there will be noise and construction work starting 7:00am daily. Unfortunately we have no control over construction and want to be transparent.
