The property is a short walk/bike-ride from the bike path, and iconic downtown Harbor Springs, the Lyric theatre, a dog beach, a bathing beach and so much more. A unique old-school cottage located right on the Bear River and Petoskey's newly developed Bear River park and trail. A one-mile meandering walk, over the river and through the woods will take you to downtown Petoskey and Lake Michigan. Along the riverwalk in the opposite direction is a skate park and running track. Also close to shopping plazas and a robust downtown shopping district. The house is dog friendly with a fenced in yard and has three porches to look out over the the river valley.

Gorgeous Getaway! 2 Queens/2 Fold-up twins.

We have played off the beautiful water colors of the bay in our decor. Like our other unit next door, we have included everything we can to make sure our guests are taken care of and feel right at home. We have 2 queen beds and 2 single fold up beds. We do accept pets ($25 flat fee) but certain breeds are not allowed. Please see “other things” for a list. This is a manufactured home in a manufactured home community. The unit has been completely remodeled and is magical! You will love it!

Located in the little neighborhood at the base of Nubs Nob Ski Resort, this is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees.
