Adorable place in Point Loma - no cleaning fee!

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The place is recently renovated with brand new appliances, countertops, and kitchen cabinets. The space is light and airy with private entrance and small fenced in side yard perfect for pets. Bedroom has a queen sized bed and futon. Living room couch is a pull out sleeper. There is a queen sized air mattress and pack n play as well. **Must be comfortable with stairs, there are two sets of stairs when accessing unit

This quaint bungalow sits in a prime location of Hillcrest, a highly desirable area in San Diego. It is very quiet and private and sits directly behind our house(pictured) with a beautifully landscaped brick courtyard. You are within walking distance to "The Heart of Hillcrest" where you will discover many fabulous restaurants, coffee and boutique shops, and so much more. Me and my girlfriend came here for my birthday trip and it was an amazing experience! Bri and Michelle were so responsive, so sweet, and absolutely amazing hosts. This was my first time using Airbnb and I had an absolute blast. I loved their place! It was beautiful, clean, spacious, smelt amazing, and overall good energy. Ok, how gorgeous is this place! My expectations were met to a T while staying at Sam’s Airbnb. If you’re a solo sober traveler like me, this is where you want to lay your head at night. The house and neighborhood are serenely peaceful after dark, even with planes flying nearby (you won’t hear them) which is crazy because the airport is a stone’s throw down the hill. It is impeccably clean in the rental and a bidet is a huge plus lol. My room faced a beautiful garden wall so waking up to floral aromas and hummingbirds was like a Disney princess slumber. Rooms have their own personal keypad so no need to worry about your belongings while out exploring. If you have a car it is so easy to get literally anywhere in town so if you’re thinking hotel vs airbnb, this is a great find and affordable compared to hotel rates. You’ll rarely run into the hosts but if you need anything they are a quick message away and usually respond faster than you hit the Enter button. 10/10 would stay here again.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our 3-day getaway (for an event in town). The location was ideal for us, and the place was clean. We especially loved the dreamy pool and outdoor living area – it was such a relaxing space. The bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep. (Note: bring long-cord charging cables!)This spot is definitely perfect for two people, and we'll absolutely be back!

Rhoda was very responsive and made our stay so enjoyable! Her space was comfortable and had everything you needed. Being in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood was a plus since we took our pup and he gets startled from loud noises. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to SD. Mission bay park was 5 min drive!
