Our four studio apartments—Kastanie, Ahorn, Linde and Birke—combine the historic charm of Herbsthausen with modern simplicity. Each apartment is completely unique and has been lovingly modernised by us. The chestnut can accommodate two to four people. The apartments are part of 'Herbsthausen', a cultural project in beautiful Gartow. We are renovating a historic sawmill into a future location for art, industrial culture, living, working, international exchange and recreation.

The maisonette extends over two floors and impresses with its quiet location and wide view of the countryside. Old walls, exposed wooden beams, brick and clay plaster create a special atmosphere in the rooms and combine rustic charm with modern comforts such as underfloor heating and fibre-optic internet. A place to take a deep breath and feel good.

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The Storchendorf Wahrenberg is right on the Elbe and offers an ideal location to enjoy nature and activities. Wahrenberg does not have through traffic. In the garden you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Cycling and canoeing are possible directly on site or nearby, as well as swimming on the Elbe or on lakes. The spa in Bad Wilsnack and the beautiful Waldbad Seehausen are ideal for excursions. Simple bicycles cost €5 per day.

Kulturhaus Wahrenberg

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

This special place is outside the village and has its own style. The pool can be shared with the 2nd apartment in summer. Stendal, Arneburg and Tangermünde are each about 15 km away. A supermarket is 1.5 km away, the main train station is 2 km away, and there is a bike path nearby.

We welcome you to the beautiful and historic Rundlingsdorf Satemin in Wendland. The former farmhouse from 1850 is divided into two residential units. The property is located in the former 110 m² commercial part and spacious tiled area. From there you have a sheltered view of the village square with the old half-timbered houses. On the lovingly planted courtyard with cobblestones there is another small stable building and a rear barn.
