Autotienpäässä 5 km Tammisaaren keskustasta sijaitsee kaunis mökki omassa rauhassa. Päämökissä on tilaa 50m2, vierasmökissä 10m2 ja saunassa 10m2. Etelä-länsitontilla on 260 m rantaviivaa. Pitkälle ulottuva matala hiekkaranta soveltuu hyvin myös perheen pienemmille. Tontin suunta takaa upeat auringon nousut- ja laskut joista voit nauttia isolla 60 m2 ulkoterassilla. Nauti tässä rauhallisessa, keskeisellä paikalla sijaitsevassa vuonna 2024 valmistuneessa kohteessa. Piha-asunnossa on oma sisäänkäynti ja asut omassa rauhassa yksityisellä wc:llä. Suihku on päätalossa ja on jaettu majoittajan kanssa, vierailla on käytössä oma sisäänkäynti. Huoneessa on pieni keittiö varustus ja nukut mukavalla queen kokoisella sängyllä, lisävieraille vuodesohva. Käytössä on pieni terassi. Rantaan on matkaa 0,8 km ja keskustaan 2 kilometriä. A beautiful villa built in 1908 surrounded by a lush garden and south-facing sun terrace. The house has been recently renovated while preserving the old spirit. The 134m2 villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The area is peaceful and surrounded by a forest, but the center is only about a kilometer away. Several grocery stores are walking distance away. By bike you can get to Bellevue Beach in just 5min. In the garden there is a barbeque which guests can freely enjoy.

Asunnossa on hyvin varusteltu keittiönurkkaus sekä kylpyhuone ja ruokailutila. Laadukkaassa parivuoteessa nukut yösi hyvin. Talvella lämpöä ja tunnelmaa tuo puulämmitteinen kamiina ja kesällä viileyttä suo ilmalämpöpumppu. Voit myös vuokrata meiltä kaksi sup-lautaa hintaan 30e/vrk/lauta. Mahdollisuus majoittaa 1-2 henkilöä varapatjalle.

Villa Muurla is perfect place to host family / business gatherings. There are 5 +1 bedrooms, huge living room + dining area and big outdoor terrace. Villa has kitchen and gas grill on terrace. There are also 2 bathrooms + one sauna. There is air conditioning and Villa is newer hot and 2 fire places to keep it warm in winter times. There are 12 beds with linen supplied by the host. During cristmas times we welcome businesses to have their small Christmas party at Villa Muurla.

NOTICE! We keep a 1 day “cleaning break” after each visit. A completely renovated and winterized cottage (64m2 + 25m2 terrace) nearby the sea. There is space for max 6 persons (bedroom, sofa bed and loft) in this with all amenities (toilet, shower, dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, ventilation unit etc) furnished cottage. There is also available a separate wood-heated sauna (built 1980), a small rowing boat and a parking area with electricity for charging/heaters

Old large yard in a natural state and sunny terrace with gas grill, corner sofa group and dining table. Quiet area 2-3 km to the center and beaches. 2 granny bikes and 2 gear bikes available. You can recycle waste with us during Summer period The tenant brings sheets and towels and takes care of the final cleaning themselves. We don't live in Hanko.
