We had an amazing week at this beautiful home! The location was perfect—nestled in a peaceful village, yet still close to so many great activities and delicious cafes. The house was exactly as described in the listing: clean and comfortable. It truly felt like home from the moment we arrived. We especially loved the pool and it was a highlight for our whole group! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the cleaners who cared for the property during our stay were so kind and thoughtful. We’d love to come back again someday!

独栋三层楼，地理位置非常好，门口的小院子可以停车。房间非常宽敞，床很大，被子很舒适，每个房间都有独立的卫生间和淋浴间。适合多人旅游居住。如果一楼客厅能有空调就更完美了。房东回复很及时，一次非常满意的住宿。

I had an excellent stay at Tim and Paul’s house, it was an overall great experience. The house is very spacious and feels cozy, ideal for digital nomads and other long stays. The neighborhood has lots of great restaurant options (recommending Sushi Jiro), cleaners, small cafes and bars near the house (but not hearing distance). And the value for money is unbeatable for the amount of space. Highly recommend !

这是一栋非常舒适的房子，四间卧室和三间浴室的设计非常适合一家人或者朋友一起出行入住。房子的空间非常宽敞，装修简约又温馨，让人一走进来就有回家的感觉。 楼下有一间带独立卫生间的卧室，对长辈或者行动不便的人来说非常方便。楼上有三间卧室，其中两间共用一个卫生间，主卧带有独立浴室，非常适合家庭成员之间保持一定的私密性。 社区环境也很棒，有24小时安保，让人住得很安心。还有一个小型健身房和半个篮球场，早晚运动一下很舒服。 整体来说，这是一次非常满意的住宿体验，房东也非常热情、细心，入住过程顺利无比。下次来一定还会再住这里！

Napapat's house is very clean and spacioius. Napapat is very kind and thoughtful host, and gave quick replies to all my questions. The house has many useful appliances such as coffee maker and water purifier. I highly recommend Napapat's house for anyone planning to travel around Chiangmai. I would defintely like to come back to this beautiful house if I ever get a chance to come to Chiangmai again.

Nararat's place was a wonderful home away from home. She was very accommodating for my daughter providing a high chair, plates, silverware, and a sleeping cushion for her. This house is in a quiet neighborhood with easily accessible shops nearby to walk to for making meals at home. This accommodation served my family well as we spent our week in Chiang Mai. If my family goes back to Chiang Mai, I will be happy to book this house again.

Our stay was fantastic! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Fatima was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always quick to respond and communicate clearly. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

가족여행으로 택한 숙소 였는데 가족들이 묵기에 완벽한 숙소 였어요. 부모님과 어린 아이까지 모두 만족한 최고의 숙소였고, 특히 호스트 Fatimma와 그녀의 스태프가 아주 친절하고 완벽한 응대를 해주어서 너무 좋은 추억으로 남을 거 같아요. 혹시 이 곳을 고민 하신다면 선택하시길 바랄게요~

可能是特别的缘分，让我们入住了Moon和Hank的田园小屋，这简直就是本次旅行的最大亮点。自驾租车开过去的，非常好找，有明显的标识。进去后，就是如陶渊明诗中的小屋，我想桃花源记中的场景也不过如此了。干净的厨房和卫生间，舒适的卧室以及床具。 Moon每天早上准备超级丰盛的亚洲早餐，时不时还会过来带我们看院子里养的香料，种的果子以及池塘里的超级大螺。Moon和家人还带我们参加了一场对面寺院的布施功德活动，是一场特别的体验。对于离开，非常不舍，希望下次还有机会住回这里，体验最闲适安逸的清迈生活。祝福Moon和Hank平安快乐，相信我们还会再见。 附： 【周边】算是杭东的热闹区域，隔壁就是108公路，有big C杭东市场，奥莱等购物餐饮场所。不远的地方还有活虾市场，可以买到新鲜的罗氏虾以及拆好的螃蟹，非常新鲜， 肉质鲜甜（参考：制作好的一盒虾+一盒蟹总计490泰铢）。网红餐厅黑森林距离此处6公里 【娱乐】距离夜间动物园，皇家公园很近，旁边好像还有个大象营。去到素贴山、清迈大学那边大概14公里，开车半小时 【交通】建议自驾，周边车很少，好开，而且院子里方便停车，泰国大多数地方也都停车免费，购物中心和超市停车场很便捷。如果不自驾，可以尝试叫grab

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

This is a very beautiful house, and we spent happy times here. There are delicious restaurants nearby, and it is very convenient to take a taxi to the scenic spots. The landlord is very understanding! I hope we can stay here again when we come to Chiang Mai next time!

A wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean, quiet, and perfect for families. The owner takes excellent care of the place, and everything looked just like the photos. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. If we have the chance to return, we would gladly stay here again.

한국인입니다. 여기야말로 인증샷 맛집인데 왜후기가많이없지 사진이랑 100프로 똑같아요 5박6일 묵었고요 위치 숙소근처에 유명한 맛집들 꽤 있고 짱유명한 네일샵도 두개나있어서 편해요 숙소 바로옆에 밤 늦게까지 하는 대형카페도있고 비비큐식당도있어서 아주편합니다. 올드타운, 반캉왓은 60바트대의 택시비로 갈수있음. 시설 그리고 제일좋은건 24시 수영장입니다 한밤중에 다 잘때, 해없을때 은은한 조명만 있는 그시간에 수영하면 크- 감성 끝내줍니다. 24시 사용할수있다는건 아~주 깨끗히 관리한다는건 아닌거 아시쥬? 숙소내에 큰테이블과 의자덕에 아주 편하고 냉장고도 나름 큰게있어서 엄청 편했어요 다만 장판이 아니고 타일이라 실내화 준비해오면 좋아요 그리고 창이 나무창이다보니까 감성은 좋지만, 모기가 좀 있어요. 홈키파 필수입니다 개인적으로 강추. 예쁜카페 찾아갈 필요없이 커피하나 사와서 숙소정원에서 먹으면 됩니다👍🏻 비오는 날 밤에 우산쓰고 동네한바퀴하면서 로컬국수사먹고 그런감성이 엄청 좋았아요. 로컬지역이라 그런지 시끄럽지않앗고 다만 아침에 닭이 그렇게 웁디다..옆집인듯 그튀먄 췅결이 줴일류 즁요하댜면 고뮌해보숴롸. 전췌일졍보돠눈 며췰만묶귈추쳔. 왜냐맨, 나둉 콘됴로 이샤가뉘캉

Superbe rooftop où nos enfants se sont régalées! Très bien situé, proche de la vieille ville, d'un magnifique temple (wat molee), d'un très bon night market (porte nord). Un beau lieu pour visiter Chiang Mai et ses alentours. Les chambres sont propres et la grande terrasse est très bien amanagée, on oublie qu'on est dans le centre-ville. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Nous recommandons ce logement!!!

Wonderful home! We would love to come again. The only things to keep in mind are (1) there is no A/C, and (2) there is a neighbor close by. Otherwise, it is a wonderful retreat that is great for families or friends, especially during cool season. We loved being up in the mountains with beautiful views and easy access to hiking trails. The hosts are very helpful and kind - we did not have any issues at all, as they anticipated our needs with thoughtful touches. We look forward to booking again!

We had a great stay at Kwan’s house.The location is extremely convenient—it's close to 7-Eleven, Makro Mall, and Maya Mall, making shopping and dining very easy. Big C and HomePro are just a 10-minute drive away, and transportation options are readily available, so getting around was hassle-free. The place itself is comfortable with enough beds, ensuring a good night’s sleep. It was clean, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing stay. However, the only downside was that the WiFi wasn’t working, which was a bit inconvenient. If that gets fixed, this place would be perfect. It was quiet and good neighborhood. I love the lovely smell of flowers at the in front of house,especially in night time. Kwan is helpful,kind and responsive person. When I asked her anything, she gave the information about home right away. Overall, I recommend Kwan’s house for anyone looking for a convenient and peaceful stay in the area like your home . I wish I will get next chance to visit Kwan’s house again.

强烈推荐，有洗衣机，厨房，干净卫生，大！我们一家三口，加奶奶，阿姨。三间房，比酒店性价比高，离瑜伽公园走路非常近，一二百米，公园有健身房和免费瑜伽，711超市2分钟到。每个房间非常大，合适多家庭出行，可以外带美食回来，孩子玩，大人吃，批发市场买榴莲院里有露营椅一吃，很欢乐。我们5人清迈包了个车，司机也很好，总给我们买美食，不贵，实在，也可推荐。比较喜欢清迈悠闲，纯朴。强烈推荐这个房子。喜欢本地纯朴的人，希望对大家有帮助

Me and my mom absolutely loved our stay at this house! The host, Paul, was incredibly helpful and showed great hospitality throughout our visit. The house itself is in a fantastic location — within walking distance to the old town, great local restaurants (including a Michelin-star spot Paul recommended), and nearby convenience stores. The home was spotlessly clean, fully furnished, and well-stocked with kitchen essentials, making it super comfortable and convenient. Paul’s local recommendations really made the experience extra special. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai, and I’d definitely stay here again!

je recommande vivement ce logement. Bob a été un hôte génial, vraiment super. Il est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport et nous a prêté une moto puisqu’il a dû nous changer pour un logement plus petit mais sincèrement, cela nous a bien aidé. Ce logement est super pour être proche de la ville et des randonnées en même temps. l’endroit est super mignon, les chiens aussi. Merci encore pour ce séjour super Bob !
