This can accommodate up to 4 people however, just above Flat 1 is Flat 3 which is a 2bedroom flat with 2.5 toilet and bathroom, also available for airbnb service in case of large family visits. Can book ahead of time using the air b n b platform.

A cosy bedroom on the first floor of our home with a private bathroom (not en suite), with shower and access to our kitchen, self-serve breakfast included. Short walk to railway and bus stations giving great access to the City Centre (10 minutes by train). Lidl 2 mins walk. 16min drive to Birmingham Airport. Short walk to Acocks Green Village Centre with a wide range of shops and restaurants. Please note we have a toddler born in April 2022 so cannot guarantee a completely quiet night!

You will love being in a quiet cul de sac, parking outside the house. Only a 25 minute walk into Sutton Coldfield, and Good Hope Hospital, via Newhall Valley Country Park. Sutton Park is nearby, which is a beautiful, 2400 acre National Nature Reserve. There are buses and trains within a short walking distance, to Birmingham, Universities, NEC, Tamworth,Lichfield and more! I am easy going, and willing to help with any queries. I have 2 gorgeous well behaved and friendly cockapoo dogs.
