STUNNING 3-BED PARKING GARDEN FANTASTIC LOCATION

Located in the popular suburb of Handbridge this newly refurbished property is a short distance from the city centre. The racecourse, theatre & history galore are all a short stroll away. Despite this the property is situated on a quiet no through road, boasts off road parking for 2 cars and a very pleasant garden. The house sleeps 6 with 2 double beds and large bunks in the third bedroom. A travel cot is also available on request. Full fibre broadband and some daily essentials are included.

Amazing city cottage close to the river .

Dukes Cottage is a beautiful and newly refurbished cottage located in Handbridge only a 5 minute walk to the Chester City Centre, the city walls and the River Dee. The house has just been completely renovated and completed in July 2021 to a very high standard with a beautiful bathroom including a roll top bath and shower and modern kitchen with all appliances. Built over 100years ago and located within just five minutes of the river and city centre, the property enjoys an amazing location.

The Lodge: A special place. With private parking.

A fully refurbished, one bedroom house (king bed), with separate entrance. Beautifully furnished with all mod cons. The open plan kitchen has everything you need, including a washer/dryer and is next to the well equipped living room with large 43in SMART TV. Parking is on our private drive, three metres from The Lodge. We have just sold the The Lodge and as a result we can't accept any booking after the end of August. if you can stay before then we'd love to see you.

You’ll be well cared for during your stay! I give Ning and Katie 5 stars for hosting! They’re very attentive and great communicators. This may not happen when you stay: be sure to have earplugs in case the pub nearby plays their music too loud. I was staying in a room on the street side. The street windows are double hung but the volume was so high the music still reached the bedroom. That only happened one night (a Saturday) of the 6 nights I stayed. None of the other nights was the music too loud. I would stay here again if Ning and Katie were still hosting.

We have really enjoyed our stay the house is beautiful. However we had two small children with us and there was no stair gate. Apart from that we can't fault it at all, we had such brilliant time. And we would book again if we are visiting Chester.

I had a fantastic stay at Alex’s place! The home was exactly as described clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and check-in was super smooth. Alex was a thoughtful and responsive host, making sure everything was in order throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting and I’d happily stay again!
