Very comfortable, clean and quiet

This was a perfect house for our small family. I’m from Indy so knew I wanted to stay in this area, but the house was better than I thought. Super private, great location, and the hosts thought of so many little things ahead of time. We’ll definitely stay again.

Great place to stay- well appointed. Peaceful yard space. Great location, easy access to activities planned while in Greenwood.

We loved this place! It’s tough to find a place for so many people but this was perfect! So clean, lots to keep the kids busy while at the house, not a lot of maintenance needed (we often find lots of broken things at places we stay). And bonus…there were PLENTY of hooks for wet towels in the bathrooms! :)

Raj was excellent to deal with from booking to check-out. The house was exactly as described, and there were no surprises. The modern kitchen was ample, the beds were comfortable and the property offered choices for fun activities. We were off site the majority of time; however, in the evenings and times we were there, it was a fun and enjoyable time. All family members who stayed were pleased and gave it a thumbs up. If we had to book this stay over or book a future Airbnb in this geographic area with the same number of guests, I would book this property.

Michelle’s Airbnb is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. If it’s open do not hesitate to book it!! The Airbnb was spotless, and Michelle has everything you could possibly want there. Broad Ripple is a great area to stay in for activities at Butler University and the apartment worked out perfectly. The host(s) were gracious and accommodating. There was a small hiccup with the keurig and the host unexpectedly covered our lunch to make up for it. Completely unnecessary! I would definitely stay again or recommend for a couple - great location, many walkable amenities, parking included, easy check in and out, clean and responsive hosts. Thank you!

I love what they have done to their home! It was comfortable and really quiet! Never even knew anyone else was even there ! She greeted us on the way in , and replied back quickly when we had questions. I would definitely stay again!

Great Location to lots of dining options. Main Street is only a few blocks away and that is where the majority of the restaurants are located. We ate dinner at the FoxGardin Kitchen & Ale. Their food is made from scratch, but is worth the wait. Tammy was a great waitress, especially since this was our first visit. Sara's place is pet friendly, which was appreciated since we had our pups with us. The listing states no TV, but there is a TV in the bedroom. There is also a yard, which made it nice when taking the dogs out. We were only 29 Minutes from Mounds State Park and 44 minutes from Fort Harrison State Park. It is also within walking to the famous "Pink Elephant." We enjoyed our stay here and we would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay. I am in Indianapolis for business and the space was exactly what I needed. I had stayed a few other places since the timeframe I have to stay is ever changing. This by far was the best place. It was very clean and well maintained. I was pleased with the accommodations.

This cabin was a wonderful place for a family gathering. My family and my sisters’ families got together for a wedding and it was the perfect location for us, as it was close to the wedding venue and the rehearsal dinner location. The cabin had very nice sized bedrooms with lots of space for everyone to sleep and relax, a cozy living area with a fireplace, and an ample kitchen and eating space. We loved it and would definitely recommend for others!

Greeted by Pam and Vince on my early evening arrival. I could not have felt more welcome. Cozy Room impeccable, clear space, fantastic bedding, dark and quiet. Peaceful, beautiful space, allowing me a deep sense of wellbeing and happiness. These hosts are amazing, very experienced, very engaging. For me, a shared sense of being known and appreciated. After four nights, I didn’t want to leave.

If you are looking for a cozy, quaint cabin in the Indianapolis area, look no further! Kit's cabin was the perfect place to come home to after a long work day. Easy check in/ check out. All essentials provided. Super clean. Beautifully decorated. Just so comfy and cozy! Kimberly communicated throughout the whole process and was super helpful, kind, and responsive! We checked in on a 90 degree day and I was a little worried the cabin would be scorching hot upon arrival, but it was set to 68 degrees and was nice and cool, even on the upper floor. We traveled with a truck and trailer and had enough room for parking which was a plus! Neighborhood was peaceful. We will definitely be back if ever working in the Indianapolis area again! Highly recommend!!!!

Eric's place was perfect for our group of 6 adults on a long weekend trip in Indy. Neighborhood was nice, quiet, and private (good for morning walks), but also convenient to really good restaurants, brewpubs and downtown Indy. Great outdoor spaces in the back and on the screen porches. Place was very clean and all amenities as listed and in really good condition. Eric and Chelsea were very responsive and provided everything we needed. Would like to stay again if we're in the area. Highly recommend.

I absolutely loved staying with Pam and Vince. I was able to have breakfast with Pam one morning and that was nice to sit and chat. I felt welcomed and very comfortable sharing their home.

Pam and Vince were very kind and welcoming. Pam offered me food and drinks at every turn and got some toys out to play with my son while I was packing our car as well. They consistently checked in to ask if there was anything else we needed. The bed was comfortable and the space clean. The room we stayed in had a half-bath for personal use and a full bathroom down the hall. The upstairs bedroom is off the landing and as such you can hear some conversations and living noise which I did not find bothersome, but may be sensitive an issue for those with younger children or who are expecting the complete silence of a private space. Felt like a really small and well-run hostel/family space. Beautiful house and property - less than 10 minutes to lots of restaurants, shopping (including Target), etc.
