We invite you to come stay at the Lake House and experience all of the beauty that Vermont has to offer here at Lake St. Catherine. Located on the west side of the lake off a quiet private drive, you can escape the noise and traffic from the busy tourist season. With almost 100ft of lake frontage, there are few spots with a better view. Watch the sun rise each morning from either of the private decks. Explore the lake by canoe or kayak; both available for our guests to use at any time.
“This property is stellar! Skylights everywhere that let all the natural beauty inside, spectacular lake and mountains as far as the eye can see, comfortable and clean, peaceful, lots of thoughtful touches! The host (Andrew) was extremely responsive and helpful… For example we wanted to bake cookies but couldn’t find a cookie sheet and within 24 hours Andrew had one shipped to us! Highly recommend this place!”
We offer a two-story in-law apartment with a private entrance that is attached to our 1850 Poultney Village home. We are located a block away from Main Street with shops, books, and eateries. We are in the lakes region of Vermont, close to both Lake St. Catherine and Lake Bomoseen. Killington is 35 miles away. We are also located a mile from the NY border and the entrance to Lake George and the Adirondacks.
“Anne and Brad have such a coast place with very neat style. You can tell how much thought goes into their guests stays from all the tiny touches that create an amazing experience. They have also put together a thorough guide on local eats, trails, and activities if you find yourself with spare time! Anne and Brad definitely deserve the term "super hosts."”

“We loved our week on Hills Pond! The house was full of everything we needed, thoughtful touches such as extra masks, hand sanitizer, stocked coffee bar and fresh flowers. The water toys were plentiful and the pond is gorgeous. We had a couple of rainy afternoons and the house was super cozy and full of games and books. We hiked at Black mountain, went to breweries, bikes from Glens Falls to Lake George on the Warren county bikeway and caught plenty of fish!”
