Barn accommodation in Hampshire

A wonderful place to spend 3 nights on the edge of the New Forest. Fabulous accommodation. Private, quiet and superb barn which was really well appointed with great facilities including a separate spa room solely for our use. Chris was a lovely host, great communication before, during and after our stay.

Beautiful accommodation. An overnight stay with my daughter, spacious enough for the two of us and some beautiful restaurants near by with a lovely walk. The accommodation was as described and Natasha was very helpful. Would love to stay again

Lovely peaceful stay just a. Short drive from the New Forest, the south coast and very close to Paultons Park. The barn was really cosy and comfy. We also appreciated that the WiFi has recently been updated and was easily good enough. Hayley was really responsive and flexible as a host. Lovely weekend.

My partner and I were visiting family in a nearby village so Kennel Farm was perfect for a short stay. It was easy to find and there is ample parking with goats, chickens and sheep welcoming you through the gate! The Hay Store has a kitchen with everything you need and a living space with small sofa and TV. the bedroom and bathroom are small, which is fine for a short stay but there is little to no storage space (not even somewhere to place a toothbrush) but this didn't provide much bother. The bedding and towels were clean, although the towels are small so I would bare this in mind and bring my own next time. The accomodation is clean, but not squeakily so and there are some areas which appear tired with chipped paint and a mouldy bathroom skirting board caused by the shower. Some thought has clearly gone in to lighting and it's nice to have the option of small cosy lights rather than the 'big' light. Put simply, it's a convenient cosy little place and we would happily book again

We stayed in Andreas place for a weekend and had a great time. Our son loved meeting the animals and Andrea was kind enough to let us join in at feeding time. We had everything we needed for a short stay. We travelled to the area to visit Paultons Park so Andreas accommodation was a perfect location, less than 15 minutes drive away. There are also local pubs that serve great food.

A wonderful stay in Alresford. We felt right at home and enjoyed the interiors and location. We will definitely be booking again.

Had a lovely stay at Caister cottage. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Our accommodation was exactly as we had hoped. Lovely setting with walks straight from the house into the new forest. Easy to walk to several pubs and into Lyndhurst.

We were a group of 6 friends meeting up for a staycation. We had the best time! The barn was really lovely with such an amazing surrounding area. The bedroom I was in downstairs had a great view in the morning watching the sunrise over the field with all the sheep. The barn size was perfect for the 6 of us, with the large dining table to enjoy meals. We got lucky with the beautiful weather, so enjoyed the outdoor seating area. The upstairs snug space was really nice to spend the evening relaxing together. The drive had space for all 4 of our cars & definitely could fit more. Guy was a brilliant host, very quick to reply to any questions. Thanks for a lovely stay, I definitely would LOVE to return!

We had an absolutely brilliant time at the Deer Barn. It was perfect in every way; clean, picturesque, came with so many lovely touches. We especially loved the little extra’s for our doggies and the fresh milk, orange juice and cake provided ☺️ Would 100% stay again and will recommend to others. Thanks Paula

The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

Loved our stay at Shelagh’s! She had really thought of everything and it felt super homey. The little decoration touches, the breakfast, the log burner, she even left cake for us! It was all so so thoughtful, we loved sitting out the back having a drink and watching the sheep 😊 I would say a car is pretty essential if you want to go out, it’s a short drive to lots of little villages. We loved the coffee & bacon baps at the street bakery!

Jane & Jason are great hosts. Lovely accommodation beautifully presented and in a good location for access to all IOW. We’re already recommending it to everyone!

Tim and Anna were incredibly responsive from the day we booked and even gave us a video tour of the barns before we arrived! Everything was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The two barns worked very well in terms of space but we had issues with the internet in the garden barn which was a bit frustrating, though Tim tried his utmost to improve it.

The house was stunning and perfect for our family getaway with a lovely communal open plan space but also private space in the bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and showers which was a huge bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were greeted on arrival by the host. We all had a wonderful stay.

Just got back from a wonderful stay, the cottage was perfect, especially loved the large windows, could sit there all day enjoying the view. We went for a trip to Mudeford Quay and a walk in one of the many new forest parks. Ana's sourdough bread was a lovely treat on our arrival

We had an amazing few days away staying in this beautiful accommodation. The host were in communication all the time when needed. The area is stunning with lots of things close by to do. Will definitely come back to stay. 😊

We had a true ‘get away’ experience staying at Ingrid’s place. The property was perfect for our needs - light and airy with quality furnishings and beautifully decorated but still homely. The garden was something very special - the pictures do not do it justice - it is a splendid space for relaxing either inside or out. The location feels remote but it’s only a 6-7 minute drive to the village nearby. It is very peaceful and a night it is so quiet, except for the sound of the odd owl! A delightful break away and we hope to return someday. Thank you Ingrid.

We had a lovely Easter break everything had been thought of even a torch to walk to the local pub. Waking up we saw a couple of deer roaming which was lovely. The barn was immaculate and very cosy. Myself and family would definitely return again. Don't hesitate get booked for a wonderful place to stay!

Brilliant, peaceful garden setting, top quality finishes and a serious attention to detail. The apartment has all you need and Kate is always available if you need any help or recommendations. Highly recommended - we will definitely be back.

A stunning home from home. Gorgeous countryside all around and a lovely enclosed private garden. The barn is beautifully decorated, with really personal touches. Breakfast and essentials provided. Comfortable and just a total delight. Anna was helpful, responsive and courteous at all times. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Wiltshire. The house was beautiful and well kept and the games barn a great addition. The living room and kitchen were spacious, the house was clean, comfortable and warm. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, lovely views, we enjoyed exploring and had things to do every day with the children. Lots of pubs in the surrounding villages for options to eat as well as supermarkets nearby. Hermione and her family were lovely hosts, friendly checked in on us at the start, made recommendations of where to go, we had a great time! Thanks Hermione!

Clear, communications, an accurate description, a clean space, friendly, and responsive to requests. Sally ticked off all of the boxes that make a great host. We just spent the week at the cottage and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Super fast Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix, a convenient location to visit the local sites, a super comfy bed, all the equipment needed to cook at home, and a quiet, scenic location to enjoy when you return home from a busy day. Also dog, friendly, which is a bonus for us since we are traveling with two small dogs. The newly born baby cow was a nice addition. If you’re looking for a great space in the Chichester area, do give the cottage serious consideration. We would not hesitate to come back.

Such a lovely home, we didn't want to leave! Hosts were excellent communicators and also very warm and kind people. Loved our walks along the canal and peaceful surroundings. We will be back!
