Hot tub can be booked during summer. Distance from the cabin: Skaidi 10 min Alta/Hammerfest 1 hour North Cape 2 hours Central and good starting point if you want to explore West Finnmark. Parking: Summer: approx. 70 meters Winter: about 500 meters from the cabin. You have to walk about 500 meters. Good shoes, clothes and headlamp must be brought.

New cabin in Alta

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is about a 6–8-minute walk from the main road. In summer, there is a gravel path almost all the way to the cabin. You can relax, use the sauna or simply enjoy the tranquillity. It is a 7–8-minute walk to the nearest grocery store and less than 10 minutes to the ski resort. The water tank in the cabin needs to be filled by me, and it holds about 80 L. When it runs out, you have to refill it yourself based on your water usage. In summer, there is a water source right by the cabin.

Camp Øien - modern cabin & great nature experiences

Spacious, cozy and modern cabin in a popular cabin area. Nearby there is a fishing lake, a great hiking area, a salmon river and what you need for a rich stay with nice experiences. The cabin is centrally located in a larger hunting area. If you want to stay at the cabin, the outdoor area has a large and newly built barbecue room, several terraces and nice views that extend over the entire cabin area and valley. There are also play facilities available for children. The cabin is suitable for all types of stays with both family and friends

Outside: Wood-fired sauna. Leirbotnvannet is 30 min away from the city center. 7 min to the nearest store 10 min away from Sarves alpine facility/climbing park in summer. NO PARTIES OR SMOKING

Seaside resort

The property is located entirely by itself by the lake. 40 minutes from Alta. NB! Winter time (October - May) you have to ski or snowshoe about 1.5 km. Host can assist with transportation by snowmobile for an additional fee. Great hiking opportunities all year round. House renovated in 2024 with a new kitchen and plenty of beds. Private room on the second floor where you can enjoy the spectacular views of the lake and mountains. If you are lucky, both orcas and whales will appear right outside. (November-January)

Luxury cabin by the river

This is a luxurious outdoor experience in the raw and beautiful nature of Finnmark. You can enjoy the peaceful surroundings outside, or relax indoors in the living room while watching the Northern Lights through the large panoramic windows. For international guests, the easiest way to reach the property is by flying to Lakselv or Alta Airport and renting a car. You can park your car conveniently right in front of the entrance, and an EV charger is available for use at the cabin (NOK 100/ day).

We have firewood bags available that can be purchased in addition. Here you can enjoy the tranquility, go on trips in the surrounding area, go to the mountains for hunting and fishing. Or walk to the convenience store and have a chat with our nice cabin neighbors and residents.
