Our 3+1 apartment, which is located in the Deluxe Residence consisting of 2 floors and 52 apartments, is one of the 2 largest apartments of the plaza and it is a corner apartment. It has a southern facade. Full sea view. It also has a 40 m2 Western facade garden. There is a table and barbecue for 6 people in the garden. The 1st room also has a bed for 2 people, a TV and an en-suite bathroom. Room 2 has 1 single bed for 2 people and 1 single bed. Room 3 also has 1 single bed and TV. Additional check yachts and additional guests are charged + 2,000 TL per person.

Her iki odada da klima vardır. Misafirlerimize ait özel mutfak ve banyo bulunmaktadır. Isınma kombi ile sağlanmaktadır. Çamaşır makinesi mevcuttur. Ayrıca yalnızca bu kata ait özel teras ve terasta oturma grubu bulunmaktadır. Veranda kısmında misafirin kullanımına uygun barbekü bulunmaktadır.

Farmhouse on 8 acres of land

Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the village before Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There is 1 container and 1 more house on the same land. It is a pristine place at the foot of the Logoz forests. There are fields, fruit trees, and a fire pit on the property. A stream runs through the land. 2 min by car and 20 min on foot to the village center. There are 5 to 8 acres of land and sparse houses around it. It is a small community of photographers, painters and designers.
