There is free access to the south-facing courtyard with outdoor kitchen, only 100 meters to the dunes and the beautiful Liseleje beach. The basement is for private use, where I live. Access to sauna with a view directly into the garden. There is a two-minute walk to the grocery store and bakery, basketball court or the unique playground Havtyren. Take a tour of the Troll Forest, enjoy the heath or North Zealand's best mountain bike trails.

The house is beautifully situated on the beach, Dybesø, Flyndersø and Korshage, where there is plenty of opportunity for beautiful nature experiences. Just a short bike ride away, you will find Rørvig By with cafes and restaurants as well as a cozy harbor.

The house is completely new with quality materials and the details have been taken care of. The house is very spacious with a large kitchen-living room with access to a large terrace as well as a large living room with access to a covered terrace. The house contains four bedrooms and two large bathrooms - one with a sauna and access to an outdoor shower and one with a bathtub.

In the house there is a wood-burning stove and heat pump. There are also charging stations if you come in an electric car. Definitely a must-see home.

Beautiful modern cottage in the first row with magnificent views of Roskilde Fjord. High up on a hill where the fjord view all day long and the sunset is most beautiful. The house is 98 sqm and stylishly furnished with a living/dining room from which there is a clear view of the fjord. The living room has a built-in fireplace and the house contains four cosy bedrooms, a functional bathroom and separate well-equipped kitchen. From the wooden terrace there is a stair leading directly to the beach.

Unikt og familievenligt sommerhus. Huset består af to soveværelser og et stort og rummeligt køkken/alrum. Terrassen er stor og omkranset af en indhegnet have - velegnet til hund og børn. Haven er gået i skov med stier, der jævnligt slåes. Huset opvarmes med pejs, brændeovn og varmepumpe. Der er vaskemaskine og opvaskemaskine. Arresø ligger 5 minutters gang fra sommerhuset og 10 minutter væk ligger restaurant Tinggården. Området er præget af natur og sommerhuse og skønne strande i cykelafstand.

The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
