Amazing place! The view from the condo is incredible, unlike anything else. The condo is very spacious and well equipped. Easy check-in and check-out process. Aventura Mall is a short drive from the spot. Overall, great experience!

Liliana was a great host. Everything was exactly how it was advertised. On arrival the lobby of the building was a little shabby but once i got to the elevator it was great! The apartment was nice and clean. Cleaning staff was great too! I had everything i needed in the apartment plus an amazing view. Thanks again!

Christian’s place nailed it. Clean without feeling sterile, stylish without trying too hard, and both functional and relaxed. Everything worked, nothing was overlooked, and the space actually looked like the photos. Check-in was simple. Christian was extremely responsive, respectful of space, and seemed to know what he’s doing as a host. Would absolutely stay here again. No hesitations, no disclaimers.

Even before booking, Arthur was very helpful answering questions and was extremely quick to reply. Check in, and out, was simple. The unit was beautiful and accurately reflected in the photos. One of the things that drew us to the property was the beach, including access to the residence/hotel’s beach attendants, offering chairs, umbrellas, towels and ice cold water. This did not disappoint. Although this was only a short stay, we would love to return to Arthur’s place for our next Ft Lauderdale vacation.

This was my second time staying at Manatee Manors with my pups and it was every bit as wonderful as the first time! The home and backyard are so beautiful, peaceful and comfortable that it feels like home away from home. (The new hot tub was a great addition!) Chandler and Catherinne are the kindest and most thoughtful hosts; they’ve thought of everything you could possibly need for a wonderful time at home, or exploring the area, and are always quick to answer any questions and make sure you have a great stay. I highly recommend their home for anyone looking to stay in the Fort Lauderdale area. It’s the perfect place! I look forward to returning! Thank you for everything!

Daniel & Orlando's place was very cozy and clean. All the instructions were clear, and easy access to get in and out. Communication with D&O was great! The backyard was beautiful and very tropical. We had many iguana friends who visited us every day (as well as ducks). D&O's house has character and is super cute. They have everything you need in case you forget to pack something, don't worry I can guarantee they have it there! This house is fully furnished and stocked with essentials. My sons enjoyed fishing the canal in the backyard. I would recommend this place, especially for a family. This place is family-friendly.

Randy’s place was just as described! Randy was helpful from the start of the trip and accommodated all of our needs for a single nights stay prior to cruising. Randy was also prompt in communicating a minor situation upon departure.

The house is absolutely amazing! Great location, lots of space, beautiful outdoor space. Definitely will stay here again.

My family and I enjoy this space for the three days. The star of the show is the nice fenced-in backyard deck with the amazing lake view. Once we drop our bags and went outside we didn’t wanna leave. Space was inviting, clean and felt like home. The location was also awesome… easy to access supermarket, restaurants, the beach etc. I would stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this wonderful home just steps from the beach. The location couldn’t be better—waking up and walking to the ocean in minutes was a dream. The home itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.

Ubicado estratégicamente, frente a la playa (pasitos y estás en la playa). Vista a la playa del living y de la habitación principal. Todo impecable, limpieza, muebles, sillas, sillones y camas super cómodas, muchas toallas para playa y para la casa. La cocina impecable y muy bien abastecida, para los que nos gusta cocinar es ideal (tiene todo lo que necesitas). Sillas, sombrilla, juegos de playa, pelota y tablas para los niños (no puedes pedir más). Fue una estadía preciosa y el apartamento es ideal para una familia o 4 adultos. Seguramente volveremos, muchas gracias Carolina y Chris!

Having surgery is very scary but staying at this condo was a game changer. So peaceful and serene. When we came back from the hospital it was the peace we felt there that really seemed to lift our spirits and filled our hearts with hope. Thank you Maria For making our stay so peaceful. It makes a difference. Loved the condo and the atmosphere. Many nice places to eat nearby and the pool was our haven! Hope I don’t have to have surgery again but if I do I will want to come there. My 2 daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Alican Penthouse. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had all the essentials. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at night. It was a peaceful escape with restaurants, spas, gyms, hot and cold pools on site but still just a 10-minute drive from the restaurants , beaches, clubs, shops and malls. Looking forward to another visit.

Raynald’s co do was absolutely perfect! My boyfriend and I have not taken vacation in years and this spot for this price was absolutely perfect! There is tons to do with private access to the beach as well as TWO outdoor pools! We will definitely be staying again!
