Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

RYNIA, 60 minutes from Warsaw, a holiday village, Mińsk district; NOT by the Zegrze Reservoir! SUMMER COTTAGE. Very large fenced forest plot. Lots of shade - cooler in the heat!!! Grill, covered table, swing, hammock, carport. Forests, fields, peace and quiet. Perfect for walking, running, and cycling. 20 minutes by car to the Liwiec reservoir with a small beach, Liw Castle, and Węgrów with the Twardowski Mirror and hiking trails. Guests are always my guests - coffee, tea, oil, salt, spices, etc. are waiting.

The Żabka grocery store is located in the same building. Monitored housing estate, 24-hour security, elevator. I provide bed linen and towels. Nearby forest and green areas. THE APARTMENT DOES NOT HAVE ITS OWN PARKING SPACE OR PARKING UNDER THE BLOCK. Free parking in a nearby housing estate (about 8 minutes on foot).

A charming cabin in the forest, 100 meters from a lake. The space includes a loft bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and second bedroom. Outside a fire pit area, projector + screen (indoors and outdoors) for movie nights under the stars. This is a soulful place, not built for commercial rental. Constructed in the 1980s, the cabin had been neglected for years. Now lovingly restored, all rental income goes toward its ongoing renovation.

Welcome to my cottage in a beautiful, mansion district of Warsaw. It is an old house "with a soul", full of furniture and utensils from several decades ago, which lovers of modern, super-comfortable interiors will probably not like. On the other hand, those who don't mind the creaking of the doors of a hundred-year-old wardrobe will certainly feel at home in it - just like the potted plant enthusiasts, of whom I have a lot here:)

There are many charming hiking and cycling trails in the Park. Unique nature in the valley of the Mienia and Świder rivers. Guests can rent bicycles (6), cross-country skis (6 sets - skis, boots, poles) or tennis rackets with balls (court a few km away)

Hygge-style spa cottage, comfortable, bright and natural. The cottage is comfortable for two guests but can sleep 4 people. Relax in a pine and spruce forest bath with an outdoor Jacuzzi on the terrace and a sauna in the cottage :) on cold autumn and winter days, you can also enjoy the fireplace. Jacuzzi, sauna, gas cylinder for the barbecue and wood for the fireplace are included in the rental price.
