Beachfront holiday rental in Haldimand County

The property is located right at Lake Erie. The Backyard opens up to a deck leading to the beautiful lake. We went in the middle of April so there was no direct access to the Lake from the deck; we didn't plan to go in the water anyway - the views are definitely worth it. We were 6 of us & were comfortable in the provided space. The listing says it's for upto 12 guests but I think it might feel a bit too cluttered with 12 adult guests - it's perfect for 8 adults & a few kids. There are a LOT of insects especially when its sunnier. They stick all across the deck & everywhere possible so be a bit cautious - not something the hosts can control. Hosts were very responsive, friendly & clear on instructions . Definitely a property worth visiting!

Nicole was a wonderful host. She responded quickly and always with helpful information. The trailer was pristine and it had everything you needed for your stay; linens, towels, dishes, utensils and spices. Had a wonderful relaxing fire and then chilled out and watched a movie on a good size tv. Water pressure was good and the shower had plenty of space with nice fluffy towels to try off.

The cottage was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The lake was beautiful and we spent hours floating around and swimming. The outdoor seating options were amazing for lounging and dining and just enjoying the lake view and the sunsets. Tabatha and Kris went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and their communication was seamless! They were responsive and the information they sent was helpful and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Thank you Tabatha and Kris for a lovely and relaxing break!!!

I cannot say enough about what a lovely experience I had at Mary Kay's M&M Lakeshore Retreat. I went for a week to rest, read and relax and it was absolutely lovely and so peaceful. There are many options of things to do, or do nothing at all - truly wonderful. The spot is beautiful, so inviting and so tastefully decorated with wonderful amenities and little surprises. I cannot wait to go back again for another visit! Thanks Mary Kay for being such a wonderful host!

Great stay for a large group- nice and spacious! Was exactly as explained in the description, so we were prepared with water :) just like the photos too! Outdoor furniture was comfortable and great to hangout on all day!

Claudia’s place was absolutely amazing. Great beach front property that was clean and well appointed. If you are looking for an amazing place on the water to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place. Very clean, great layout and the beds are very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage! The location is absolutely perfect—peaceful, with a stunning view of the lake. We especially loved sitting on the porch at all times of the day, whether it was enjoying our morning coffee, soaking in the afternoon sun, or just relaxing under the stars at night. The natural sounds from the birds and gentle waves made everything feel calm and serene. The large backyard and easy access to the beach were a huge plus. Truly a perfect getaway spot—we can’t wait to come back!

The house and backyard were both beautiful and extremely well designed, and every utility was pristine and felt brand new. Sufiyan stocked the Airbnb far beyond our expectations; from snacks to refreshments, coffee and tea, firewood and shisha coals, paper towels and other bathroom supplies, charging cables and more. The house is right on the beach, and was filled with games, toys, and entertainment. This Airbnb would be perfect for any family, and was in a beautiful area. I strongly recommend!

Our overnight stay was excellent! The cottage was very clean and had everything you needed for a quiet and relaxing and the views are amazing. Ray was very welcoming and responsive. Would definitely come again.

This was a lovely cottage to visit! The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable, with beautiful decor. Between the games, the tv and the arcade style video game, rainy days are no worries. Everything was well labelled and the extra supplies in the washroom were a great touch. We had a wonderful weekend away and would highly recommend Brianne's cottage.

Once again, a peaceful and relaxing spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Carol is a thoughtful host and the bunkie is a cozy retreat! Definitely a favorite spot on Lake Erie!

Great spot with a massive lawn. The lake was beautiful and great temp for swimming. The bedrooms accommodate large groups and plenty of bathrooms. The place has kept a 70s look and feel which is fun. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend to others who are looking for lake front properties for a big group.

I stayed here with my significant other for a few days and would love to return again! It’s a cute & clean cottage with amazing views. Having my morning coffee in the backyard with those views was the highlight of my trip. The hot tub is also a bonus if you want to relax all day! Anthony was also very responsive with anything you might need. If you were looking to pass by Niagara Falls like I did, it’s a 1.5 hour drive away but totally worth it for the peace & tranquility.

Had a great time at Rebecca's! Her property was as described, and had everything we needed. There was 6 if us in total and it felt spacious. The Lakeview and surroundings were perfect and felt peaceful. Rebecca was very responsive to my inquiries. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return sometime

The perfect mini getaway without having to leave on an airplane! Clean, new and the host was amazing. The cottage was right on the beach! Kinda felt like a bit of the Caribbean feel. :)

Exactly as advertised. The suites were immaculate. Check in was a breeze and the hosts are incredibly accommodating. Truly felt like a resort getaway so close to home. Our weekend was a windy one, but the beach was stunning. Great location, great hosts, staff were amazing, we will definitely be back again.

Despite the lack of AC and TV, the friendliness and attentiveness of the owners and staff more than make up for it. We loved the fact that we were literally steps away from their private beach, which was always clean, and the nightly bonfires on the beach made our stay even more enjoyable!

By far one of the best places I have booked recently. The person organizing the resort is very helpful, you can order wood from them for a bonfire. The beach is nice and very clean. The rooms and our stay was incredible, the rooms were clean and just as described. My group and I felt welcome the whole weekend and we will definitely be coming back!
