Haldenhytta

How about resting at the Fortress, overlooking the city, close to everything you need? Haldenhytta has a charm you discover as soon as you see the place at the top of the cobblestone hill. Here the hiking areas at the Fortress meet the old town center. The host lives here partially himself, so some private things will be visible. It is possible to rent rooms for a cheaper price if guests want to stay here while the host is at home. The house in the lush garden is located on the pilgrim's trail. Hikers with pilgrim passes are asked to state this.

Cozy and central apartment in a historic wooden house in Os in Halden. Here you live quietly, surrounded by parks, hiking trails and classic wooden houses – while you are within walking distance to the city center with shops, cultural offerings and restaurants. Halden Arena is only 300 meters away, while the cinema, library, Busterudparken and the pedestrian street with shops and restaurants are a 5-minute walk from the house. The south side with train station, guest harbor and Brygga cultural hall is about 15–20 minutes on foot.

The guesthouse

In the guest house you have a pleasant and private place to stay. Free parking at the Guesthouse, and possibility for electric car charging for a fee. You have your own patio, and access to a large lawn that is suitable for ball games and other activities. We also have a sandbox for the little ones. There are great hiking opportunities right outside the door, and great views of Iddefjorden from places nearby. The city center is only 4 km away, the nearest grocery store, and Fredriksten fortress is about 3 km away.

Cottage by the lake, Skjebergkilen.

In this place, your family can stay close to everything. The cabin is centrally located at Høysand, Skjebergkilen. It is a 15 minutes drive to Sarpsborg, where you will find shopping malls, Inspera and the water park "Superland". There is nice nature in the surrounding area with good opportunities for nice walks or training trips, either by bike or on foot. It is 15 minutes by car to Sweden. Høysand can offer a great beach with diving boards, playground, football field, volleyball courts, mini golf, tennis etc.

Located 5 km from Halden city centre, close to the Iddefjord and the Monolith Quarry. The apartment was renovated in 2023, is fully furnished and ideal for short or long stays. One bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a sofa bed and a single bed. Parking for one car by the apartment. Additional parking is available about 50 m away. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Bed linen can be rented for NOK 50 per set. Please let us know at least one day before arrival

Cabin by the sea.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

Dere forlater huset som dere fant det. Fra 1 juli til 31 juli er det kun utleie på 5 netter eller mer

The Lerbukta Cottage is located in undisturbed, idyllic and peaceful surroundings. The Halden watercourse is floating past, and the distance to the lake Ara is just about 30 metres. The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.

Lys stue med peis, åpen kjøkkenløsning og flere hyggelige uteplasser. Ca. 15 min gange til strand og svaberg, med bilvei helt ned. Flott turterreng og gode fiskemuligheter. Kort vei til Halden, Strømstad og skjærgården. Parkering ved inngangen. Leies ut til voksne/familier.
