You'll have full access to both a front and back yard, and a two car garage. It's decorated with cowboy memorabilia from my father in law's "Barn" (private events center) in Idaho City, Idaho. The Toe of the Hill hiking trail is within a few steps and downtown Hailey is within a couple miles.
