Cabin in the mountains

Charming mountain cabin for rent. Location at Hafjell in the immediate vicinity of Pellestova and Ilsetra, in an area with good opportunities for activities for the whole family. In spring, summer and autumn there is a road all the way up to the cabin. The cabin is located in a pleasant mountain pasture with great hiking trails right nearby and with a short distance to Hafjell (2 km to drive to Gaiastova which is the nearest starting point for alpine skiing). In winter, you have to walk about 250 meters on skis or snowshoes from a free parking space.

Bring the whole family to this amazing spacious cabin, with high and exclusive standard, spectacular views and sun from morning to evening. Ski in/out! The amazing view extends towards the mountain and Gudbrandsdalen. Large west-facing plot of 2.1 acres. Private sledding slope right outside the door, ski in and out with a ski slope that takes you out to the Kringelåsløypa all the way to the plot The cabin is equipped with both a sauna, jacuzzi (without much insight), built-in coffee machine and among other things three fireplaces to mention a few.

Approx. 50m access slope to alpine facilities, which you can use to drive into the slalom slope, and down the slope to buy lift tickets. Warm and cozy cabin, good fireplace that heats the entire cabin with little wood consumption, beautiful views of the valley and the mountain on the other side, 2 bedrooms; one with double bed, the other with bunk bed, bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking approx. 20 m from the cabin. Fully equipped with cups and bowls and duvets, no bed linen/towels. If the host is not present, the key will be left out.

The cabin is located in a pleasant cabin area in the alpine route with ski in-ski out only 50 meters to the slalom hill. The gondola right by the cabin takes you up the mountain to great cross-country trails. Only 5 min. by car to Øyer city center with various shops, Sunday open grocery stores, restaurants, Hafjell Amusement Park and Lilleputthammer. 10 min. to Hunderfossen Family Park. 20 min. to Lillehammer.

In winter, the area is ideal for skiing activities and in summer for activities such as fishing, hiking in great nature and cycling (Hafjell bike park). There is a playground nearby for the children.

Beautifully situated log cabin 10-min drive from the center of Lillehammer. Short distance to the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium, which offers an extensive network of hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. 15-min drive to Nordseter, about 20 minutes to Sjusjøen, both with excellent trails for hiking and skiing. The ski jumping hill is 3-minute drive from the cabin and offers a great view. 5-min drive to grocery store. For alpine skiing, Hafjell is 25 min away, and Kvitfjell is about 1 hour.
