Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Haeundae-gu

A nice scenic location and the host is communicative with instructions for the place. The house is located on a very sharp hill so that can making walking around and exploring difficult.

Our company was very pleased with the accommodation. The apartments were very clean and cozy. They had all the necessary household appliances. There are shops and restaurants nearby, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was available and promptly answered any questions—responsive and polite throughout. The beds were extremely comfortable. I highly recommend these apartments.

항상 강아지 데리고 여행 다니는데 그 중에서도 최고의 민박집입니다. 강아지랑 같이 묵으려면 예쁜 숙소 마음에 드는 숙소 찾기가 진짜 어렵거든요. 이 집은 모든 공간이 예쁘면서 눈에 거슬리는 요소 하나 없이 아주 깔끔하게 정돈된 숙소였고, 생활용품들도 꼼꼼히 준비되어 있어서 호스트의 세심함이 느껴져요. 호스트가 거주하는 건물이라 확실히 집과 정원 관리가 잘 되어있네요. 비가 오는 날에도 실내에 앉아 산과 정원 바라보고 있으면 힐링이 되었고, 지붕있는 주차 공간이 따로 마련되어 있는 점도 좋았습니다. 위치가 기장 쪽이라 구도심에서 좀 멀긴하지만 그럼에도 부산에 간다면 꼭 이 집에 다시 묵고싶어요.

숙소가 아주 예쁘고 깔끔했어요. 위치도 광안리 해변과 아주 가까워요. 2박했는데 수건과 식기류 모두 넉넉해서 좋았습니다. 다만 밤늦게는 방음이 잘 안되니 새벽에 노는 건 지양하시면 됩니다.

What a beautiful view! The terrace is spectacular. The kitchen setup is fantastic. The bedding was cozy.

Nice apartment in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The place was ideal to explore Busan for us and our little kids. It was in walking distance to the beach and the metro station is easy reachable. We enjoyed the stay at Jiyoungs apartment.

We had a wonderful time! Though the location requires taking public transport or cabs frequently, the AirBnB itself was great! It perfectly accommodated our group. The space was very clean and provided plenty of room and amenities to make sure our time in Busan was well spent! Can’t wait to come back!

My friend and I loved this stay! The view was perfect, as was the weather. There were plenty of places to eat, and walking around the area was so beautiful and relaxing. I was a little worried about getting into the apartment, since it can be challenging when staying at Airbnbs, but this was the smoothest entry I've ever had. Very detailed instructions, and there were no issues at all. I would love to stay here again.

The flat was perfectly fine but the location and the view was absolutely amazing!

1. 뷰가 끝내줘요. 광안대교가 바로 앞에 보여서 야경도 멋있어요 2. 룸 관리가 잘되어있고 수건도 1인당 2개씩 쓸수있도록 넉넉히 채워주셨어요. 침대도 큰거 2개에 요이불도 1개 주셔서 5명이서 편하게 잤습니다. 3. 호텔보다 가성비 훨씬 좋아서 행복하게 머물다 갑니다~

Проживание в этой квартире было незабываемым опытом. Расположение просто идеальное — из окна открывается потрясающий вид, а вокруг множество отличных ресторанов, где можно насладиться вкусной едой. Единственное замечание к инструкции по заселению — она была немного запутанной для нас. Однако, благодаря оперативной поддержке хозяина, мы быстро разобрались, и в итоге заселение прошло гладко и без проблем.

We had a lovely stay in Dongnae at 분수‘s place. It’s a homely apartment in a residential neighbourhood within walking distance of local restaurants and the metro connecting to busier Busan. 분수 was super responsive and even gave us directions to find the place at around 10pm. All through she continued to be very responsive with any questions or requests. There was a slight miscommunication as we had an infant on our booking that was not recognised. However, expecting hosts to have a baby cot at the ready is unreasonable anyway, so it wasn’t a big issue. We would recommend a stay here to anyone and look forward to possibly returning again soon.

Le logement était neuf et impeccable, très propre avec une très belle vue sur la mer. La cuisine disposait de tous les ustensiles dont nous avions besoin, les espaces extérieurs très agréables et bien aménagés. A proximité de la plage et l’accès au centre ville de busan très facile avec une station de métro a proximité. Nous étions une famille de 4 personnes, nous avons trouvé le logement un peu juste au niveau de la surface pour un couple avec deux enfants.

Excellent place to stay. Very close to both the train and bus, with many nearby food options. The balcony was especially nice to have.

Everything was splendid. Rex is such a nice host, he was friendly and quick to respond to our needs. Great value for your money. The Location is also perfect and in a calm area.

결혼식 마친 후 멀리서 오신 어르신들 쉴 곳으로 선택했는데, 너무 넓고 깨끗하고, 경치가 좋아서 모두 만족하셨습니다. 궁금한거 물어보면 답변도 빠르고 정확하게 해주셔서 너무 편하게 쉬다 왔습니다.
