If the number of guests is 4 or less, this is a single-family home that uses 2 of 3 rooms to choose from. We are giving discount tickets to Mokpo Sea Cable Car to those staying. Estacion 1913 is a quality-certified accommodation by the Korea Tourism Organization. The overall interior is a clean background in white and mint with Botero's intense and humid paintings to add to the visual satisfaction of customers. There is a private bathroom, private air conditioner, hair dryer, wooden hanger and table in every room. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils and tableware for simple cooking, and we provide an American-style self-serve breakfast every morning, including bread and cereal, milk, eggs, butter, cake, coffee, and tea. The living room has a table and chairs for 12 people and a fluffy goose down cushion. On the first floor of the same building, you can enjoy the special grill made by the chef, such as the Iberico flower woods, pork belly, and Australian lamb ribs, with a variety of wines, and draft beer.

It is located in Wan Township and is located on a hill overlooking the town with good views. It is located close to the Wando Passenger Terminal, Conference Center, Café, Oilfield, and Mart, where ships go to and from Jeju. Sitting on a rooftop bench opens the ocean like a front yard for tea. Wando Tower, New Bridge, Sunshine... and a beer with a night view are great. It's a rustic, welcoming place like a country home, and a family-friendly healing getaway or a group of friends. Most of all, it's been remodeled into the host's second-hand house, so it should make you feel more welcoming. It also includes condiments, kitchen utensils, and cutlery, making it perfect for eating food that has been packed in the conference center. It's in the form of an on-the-ground room. There's a single bed. Good memories in Wando, good memories in Wando Pool:) Wonderful Wando! Happiness with Wandoful!

In February 2022, we added a new jacuzzi to our existing hanok. We have prepared an open-air bath so that you can feel the mood, and we have added a hot water retainer so that you can use the bath even in the middle of winter without getting cold. The exterior looks like the old country house, but it is configured so that you do not feel any major inconvenience inside. It's a space that only one team of booked guests can use, so it would be nice if you could take a break and come back. Nearby, Songhyeon Bulgogi starring King Samdaecheon is 3 minutes away by car, and 5 minutes away by car. There is a downtown and a bear market, so there will be no major inconvenience when eating or shopping. This is a place where me and the kids are together. Because of this, please do not smoke outside of our accommodation.

When you sit in the living room, you can see a cable car passing by in Yudalsan. Mokpo Sea Cable Car is the longest cable car in Korea, and the promenade at the stop is very good. It is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation to the entrance. There is a parking space, playground, and exercise equipment right in front of the accommodation, so it is also good for children and adults to relax. There are convenience facilities such as grocery stores, cafes, and snacks within a 1-minute walk. The Bukhanghoe Center is within a 10-minute walk, and Mokpo Station is within a 20-minute walk. There is a police station right next to it, so it is also good for security.

＜ Neighborhood Walk ＞ is a cultural space that has been remodeled into a two-story single-family house. The first floor was opened in 2019 as an independent bookstore that mainly deals with literature and humanities. The second floor stay space is a space where Yoonjak, a bookkeeper on the first floor, used to live while working. Guests have private access to the entire 2nd floor. (For reference, the bookstore on the first floor is currently closed in 2024 for health reasons, and it is used as a workshop for Yoonjak.)
