A beautiful serene home set up with everything you need. We loved the space, both inside and out. There was a country store right down the road that had amazing food. Enjoyed relaxing on the deck after a great day of hiking. With so much hiking in the surrounding area, we are already looking forward to booking again.

Great location, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Immaculate! Thoughtful snacks, coffee, tea, water, cereal, and creamers. And our hosts were especially accommodating for parking our motorcycle. Hope to come again! Thanks for everything.

We were on the way back home from Acadia and were highly pleased with our decision to split up the drive with a night at Cheryl’s place. Perfect landing place for families with kids, as ours instantly went to town playing in the bedroom, which was packed with all sorts of fun options. It is cozy and feels very much like home. Old Sturbridge Village was a short drive the next day and fascinating itself. Very welcoming and affordable option for families!

This property is uniquely located close to a classic New England downtown area and yet also away from it so that you can appreciate the quiet and birdsong in its idyllic backyard. There are many places in and around the house to sit together or alone and you can have a blast across the street in the barn playing pool table, ping pong and foosball. Even though the weather was cool and a little rainy, we still had a great time because of where we were.

Very cute apartment and more than what we needed for a one night stay on a wedding weekend! The downstairs has a charming sitting room and spacious kitchen with fridge, stove, and laundry. The stairs were a bit steep so be cautious! Upstairs a comfy soft bed with window AC and a large bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower. Jennifer was very nice about our last minute request to check in early to change for a 4 PM wedding. We would stay here again if we come back to the area! Thanks so much!

It was a rainy weekend, so it was especially nice that there was a pool table, a fuzeball table, and lots of places in the house to hang out together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and the shared space was large and inviting. We enjoyed making meals together in the open kitchen. And the neighbor was so picturesque! We loved staying next door to the horses and donkeys, and taking walks on your beautiful farm-filled road. Thanks so much for making our stay such a special weekend. We all hope to ba back again! We stayed at South Quarter House for a week with our dogs while competing in a national agility event in the area. It was a great and quiet place to stay and rejuvenate before each day’s events.

Historic house on a beautiful property. Kitchen had all the equipment you could need along with top of the line stove and oven. Make cooking for a large group easy and enjoyable!

Deborah was the perfect host! Always responsive and super friendly. The place was beautiful with an absolutely gorgeous view. We got to see some stunning sunrises (not normally our thing, but we had to be up early and that more than made up for it). There were lots of thoughtful touches like charging cables for all types of phones on both sides of the bed - not always easy to handle on travel, so this was most welcome The bed linens were wonderfully soft and warm, made for delightful sleep. Additionally when I caused problems with their plumbing, she was super chill and nice about it - I'm still so very sorry for that, Deborah! Thank you for an absolutely delightful stay!

Very nice place, beautiful big deck, awesome creativity to the lighting around the property. A walking path, fire pit, hot tub, big deck to relax on, and a fully equipped stage. It is a step above camping but not quite glamping. A lot of fun, and Apple is a sweet bonus hostess.

Kerri Ann’s camper was fantastic! It was immaculate, spacious and very comfortable with more amenities than you’d find at a hotel. Everything was perfect and I’d absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the area. 10/10!!

Melissa and Geoff's place is in beautiful surroundings and well within a short drive to excellent restaurants, museums and outdoor activities. We were there during an especially rainy and cool period, but the apartment kept us toasty and warm after a day of dodging the raindrops. The king size bed was lovely and a white machine lulled us to sleep. The deck attached to the house was wonderful and when the weather looked as if the blue skies were here to stay, Melissa asked if we wanted dry cushions for the chairs- just a lovely thought. The gardens were just beginning to bloom and the property is spotless. We will definitely return to Sweet Dreams; the apartment was a pleasure to be in. Andrea and Ray

We had a great stay and little difficulty in getting to the place due to cell phone reception issues as it caused navigation issues. Other than that we had a great time.

The house was amazing and perfect for my whole family! Kathleen was an awesome host and if we had any questions-always got back to us. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the grounds perfect to play outdoor games--screened in porch perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening--I truly could go on and on about her amazing home! My family and I needed to unplug and get away. For me, that means floating in a pool. I searched for houses with pools in NY, CT, PA and MA, when I found this one. We drove up in the pouring rain, but when we woke up the next day there wasn’t a cloud in the sky. The kitchen had everything we needed including spices and flour ( I baked bread as soon as we arrived). Once we bought groceries, we never left the house again. Used the grill, at outside, floated in the pool and even got to watch a meteor shower. Susan was incredibly responsive. We had a great time.

Had a wonderful stay at Mighty’s house on the lake. It was such a peaceful and beautiful area. The house was clean and tidy with a spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. It was reassuring to have our hosts right next door but there was a good amount of privacy. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings, taking the canoe out on the beautiful lake and having some space and time to wind down. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking to step away from life for a little while.

A great stay! The space was exactly as described and Carol and Robin were terrific hosts. East checkin and out and we loved the tea, milk and yogurt + homemade granola! It was very comfortable and cozy, surrounded by loads of books.

Amazing cabin stay! The cabin was even more beautiful than the photos — cozy, spotless, and tastefully decorated. Surrounded by nature, it was the perfect place to relax and disconnect. We loved having coffee on the porch in the morning and enjoying the fireplace at night. Everything was well-equipped, and the host was kind, responsive, and helpful. One of our best Airbnb experiences. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Karen’s guest house apartment! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location while in town for a wedding at Valley View farm, 2 min away. The property is also a very short distance from Northampton. Karen was proactive and reached out well in advance with clear instructions for parking and check-in. We mistakenly did not formally include our small dog in the reservation details, but she was extremely understanding and prepared with special blankets to cover the couch for us. The air conditioning kept us cool, the kitchen was extremely clean and well stocked, and the bathroom was great (lovely tiled shower). Plenty of towels. The yard was also lovely and perfect for walking our dog. Check out instructions were very simple and clear. Much quicker and expected less than other hosts. Next time we’re in Western mass, we will definitely stay with Karen again! 😊

Our hosts, Meg and husband were wonderful. They were warm, responsive, and very accommodating of our late arrival, which made everything so easy. We had such a lovely stay at this charming country retreat. The place is beautifully set up, peaceful, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we really appreciated how quiet and relaxing everything was. The garden area looked absolutely beautiful, with a hammock, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs. It was such an inviting space to relax and unwind. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to take advantage of it during this visit, but we are already looking forward to enjoying it when we return. The location is excellent, with great restaurants nearby and Treehouse Brewing just a short drive away. We went to a live show there and were really impressed. It is a fantastic music venue with a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Laura’s place. The home is not only beautiful but thoughtfully constructed. Its exposed wood frame feels so natural and adds to the calming atmosphere. The backyard was clean, maintained, and offered a serene space to relax. Laura’s instructions were clear and made finding and settling into the house easy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were incredibly cozy and well-kept. Every detail made the space feel warm and welcoming. It’s also a fantastic spot for groups. Our group of six friends fit very comfortably, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. I’d absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable getaway.

Top notch Airbnb for short- or long-term. I have stayed here many times, and I always look forward to returning. Would be hard to find a better place! Kind hosts who are always proactive and responsive, clean, pristine apartment that is peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature.

The cottage is adorable! It is better than what I expected because the high ceiling in the main area makes the place feel quite spacious. I loved being around so many trees and hearing birds, instead of cars and trucks. It felt like very fancy camping! We will most definitely be back!
