In this unique cottage, you are almost at the water's edge and can enjoy views of the sea from the terrace and the house. An unusual home in the charming Kelstrup Strand with only 20 m to the water. The house is stylishly furnished and modern with outdoor shower and beautiful details in materials and decor. Two terraces, Morsø pizza grill, lounge chairs, dining table and cozy corner for the warm evenings. A home in a class of its own and with fine details in materials and furnishings. Update: In March, curtains were installed throughout the house.

There is only a 20-minute walk, via the trail system (1.5 km) to Haderslev's dam park and city center, where you will find shopping opportunities as well as restaurants and bars. It is a 12-minute drive (10 km) to the E45 motorway.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. There is 1 step inside the apartment. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and are not in bed. We'll share a toilet at night, but it's 100% yours.
