It is 8 minutes by car from Pyeonghwa Plaza, 5 minutes by bus terminal, 2 minutes by car from Rose Street, and less than 10 minutes by foot, so it is convenient for those who come without a car. If the number of guests is 4 or less, this is a single-family home that uses 2 of 3 rooms to choose from. We are giving discount tickets to Mokpo Sea Cable Car to those staying. Estacion 1913 is a quality-certified accommodation by the Korea Tourism Organization. The overall interior is a clean background in white and mint with Botero's intense and humid paintings to add to the visual satisfaction of customers. There is a private bathroom, private air conditioner, hair dryer, wooden hanger and table in every room. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils and tableware for simple cooking, and we provide an American-style self-serve breakfast every morning, including bread and cereal, milk, eggs, butter, cake, coffee, and tea.
