Cottage for rent. For 4 people, with a double bed and a sofa bed. A peaceful place on the shore of a private pond with no neighbours; the nearest neighbour is about 600 m away. The cottage has solar electricity, which you can use to watch TV and charge phones and laptops. There is a gas refrigerator in the summer kitchen. Water from our own well (water not tested), either with an electric pump or by carrying it. The cottage has basic cooking utensils. Well-behaved pets are welcome. By agreement, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price of the cottage.

Cozy sauna cottage in a beautiful rural landscape. Quiet private space, fireplace, toilet, shower and wood-heated sauna (underfloor heating in the premises). A large terrace and barbecue are available. You can rent a hot tub or a smoke sauna in the yard separately. Extra beds can be booked as shared accommodation in the main building. Extra mattresses are also available for children. Space to move and play in the yard. In the common areas, there is the possibility of using the kitchen and washing machine.

The one-bedroom apartment has sleeping places for four – a double bed (that can be separated into two singles) and a sofa bed (when unfolded 108x180) in the living room. An extra mattress can be provided if needed. Bed linens and towels are included. This is our home, not a 5-star hotel.

Rauhallisella paikalla sijaitseva mökkimajoitus Siikalatvan Pulkkilassa vain 2,5 km nelostieltä mäntymetsän ympäröimänä. 2 makuuhuonetta, olohuone, keittiö ja vasta remontoidut wc, khh, suihku-ja saunatilat. Tiellä saattaa kulkea ratsukoita, hidastathan kohdatessa. Lähimpään kauppaan n.3 km. Kiinteistössä ei ole sähköauton latausasemaa tai mahdollisuutta ladata sähköautoa. Autoa ei saa ladata ulkopistorasiasta. Pulkkilan ABC sijaitsee lähellä ja siellä on hyvät latausmahdollisuudet.

Pihalla tunnelmallinen kota, jossa nuotiopaikka ja noin 600m2 koira-aita. Täysin varusteltu keittiö. Ei wlan. Ilmalämpöpumppu viilennyksellä. Rokuan upeat maisemat suoraan mökin ovelta. Talvella hiihtoladut muutaman sadan metrin päässä. Rokua Healt & Spakylpylähotelli sijaitsee 3,5 km päässä.

Tässä ainutlaatuisessa kohteessa on helppo rentoutua. Kuulet luonnon hiljaisuuden. Pistäydy ohikulkumatkalla, tai varaa luonnonrauhassa lomailua viikonlopun tai viikon verran. Kohteessa on maalaisromantiikkaa, ei niinkään modernia mökkeilyä. Sisä-WC ja sähkösauna on käytössäsi. Kärrysaunassa maalaismaisemassa löylyttelet huolet pois pienestä lisämaksusta (20€/1-3 vrk:n yöpyminen, pidemmät sovitaan erikseen). Siivousohjeet ja -välineet löytyy saunan pukuhuoneen kaapista.

From the backyard of the cottage you can access the jogging trails, the ridge terrain and the edge of the sinkholes. Illuminated ski trails can be found about 100m away. Nearby Rokua National Park, Rokua SPA (4km) Suitable for hikers, families and those seeking peace.

Kotoisasti sisustetusta asunnosta löydät neljä mukavaa vuodetta valmiiksi sijattuna sekä saunan. Talon sisäilma on terve vaikka kohde on jo aikaa nähnyt. A final cleaning fee of 90.00 will be charged if guests do not clean the apartment to the same condition as it was upon arrival.
