LOCATION
- Please note we are located in Brisbane's vibrant entertainment district which means there are many bars, clubs, cafes and restaurants in the area.
- There is a late night restaurant and bar venue in our building called Spice.
- Weekdays are pretty quiet in Fortitude Valley but the weekend nights are busy and can be noisy.
- If you’re seeking a quiet neighbourhood or are a sensitive to noise then this exciting location is not the right place for you to stay and please book else where to have the best experience possible.
CLEANING & PEST CONTROL
- The apartments are in a heritage building and are very unique and very spacious with large windows and balcony/outdoor areas.
- Our team of professional cleaners do their absolute best to clean the apartments perfectly and follow strict check-lists.
- We have the apartments professionally pest sprayed once every 6 months
- Because of the windows, outdoor spaces, and heritage nature of the building you may find the occasional bug in the apartment (especially if you have been staying a while and leaving windows open).
MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE
- Your hosts are also the on-site property managers of the building.
- If you have any issues whatsoever during your stay the on-site managers and their team are available to assist you day or night.
- If you need any assistance with anything please message on the airbnb and we will promptly help you.
- We do not want to interrupted your stay so if we do not hear from you then we will assume everything is perfect with your stay and you have no issues.
EXTRA FEES
- 1 and 2 bedroom apartments do not come with car spaces included. Car parking costs $45 per night and is subject to availability.
