Your own private space, with private entry. On the doorstep of Booderee National Park and close to Jervis Bay, a beautiful & simple space with an adjoining bathroom - a great place to rest and relax!
Best if you have a car. This is a lovely & peaceful part of the world - I live here on the property too, and will leave you to enjoy your space.
Your space will be neat, tidy & simple. This is not a fancy place, so keep your expectations real..;)

The space
"The Chillout Space - Erowal Bay, South Coast" is a simple and unpretentious space a minutes walk from the waters edge and only 10 minutes drive to bush walks, stunning beaches, dolphins, sea eagles, whales, pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops.
It’s lovely and simple - it has a bed, a lounge, & kitchenette with basic facilities (not a full kitchen).
The separate bathroom and fridge are located separately in the adjoing room.
Please keep these spaces tidy and clean.

Guest access
Access is via lockable private front door. There’s a separate bathroom next door along, with your toilet/shower. A refrigerator is also in this room.

Under no circumstances is the fire pit to be used.

Other things to note
Please keep your expectations real - it may not be 5 star but it is my home and I will do my best to ensure the space is as described.

Also, native Bandicoots, Possums, Kangaroos and other wildlife sometimes come into the yard, so keep your eyes out, especially at night!
