This calm 2-bedroom Aqualine apartment has two queen bedrooms, two private ensuites, and two balconies with soft mood lighting, coffee in the mornings, wine at sunset, the parklands at your door.
A full premium kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, secure parking, and a resort pool, spa and tennis downstairs. Easy walk to the Aquatic Centre; quick drive to Sea World and Surfers.

The space
There's a particular calm to this side of the Gold Coast. You're directly opposite Broadwater Parklands: water, walking paths and foreshore right across the road. The Aqualine building wraps a resort around you: pool, heated spa, kids pool, tennis and BBQ, all downstairs.
Inside it's easy and unhurried. Two queen bedrooms, each with its own ensuite and a private balcony with soft mood lighting. One with bath/shower, other one with easy to access walk-in shower, crisp linen and towels on both.
Open living with a 65-inch Smart TV and a sofa bed that sleeps two more, plus a properly cooked-in kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, air fryer, big fridge with ice and filtered water.
Fast optic fibre Wi-Fi, with a desk and chair in each bedroom. One featuring a plug-in HDMI monitor so a work morning never feels like a chore.
Mornings are coffee on the balcony; evenings are the spa and a quiet wine as the sun goes down over the poopl/mountains.
Secure parking included, simple self check-in.
Just as good for a marathon, Aquatic Centre weekend, a school-holiday trip, or a longer relocation or hospital stay, but mostly, a calm place by the water with nothing to organise.

The apartment is on the first floor and is handy with luggage, prams and kids, and an easy lift ride from the reception or car park.
Maximum guest count includes the sofa bed; we don't supply extra mattresses.
There's one secure car space for a standard-sized vehicle so message us if yours is oversized so we can check clearance (standard sized Hiace fits without issues).
No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment, on the balconies.
We also look after another well-loved room in the same building, so if these dates are taken, or you need a second place for a bigger group, just ask.

Aqualine is in a fantastic waterfront location in Southport, directly opposite the Broadwater and Broadwater Parklands. Step across the road for waterfront walks, cycling paths, green spaces, the public boat ramp and excellent family facilities, including large playgrounds and the popular Rockpools children’s water-play area.
The parklands stretch along the waterfront, with even more playgrounds, picnic areas and open spaces a short stroll away. The Gold Coast Aquatic Centre is also only around three blocks from the apartment.
Southport CBD is within easy walking distance, with cafés and restaurants around Scarborough Street, Nerang Street and Chinatown. Australia Fair Shopping Centre is also a short walk away, with Coles, Woolworths, Kmart, shops, dining and entertainment.
Getting around is easy without a car, with a bus stop just around the corner and the G:link light rail a short walk away, providing easy access to Main Beach, Surfers Paradise and other parts of the Gold Coast.
