The space
This executive style home is set over two levels. The entry level of the house. welcomes you into the house and also has the entertaining area that is home to a queen size sofa bed. The entertaining area is where access is gained to the large front deck and pool. Adjacent to the entry way is a double garage.
Up a flight of 18 stairs and you are now on the main level of the house, where the open plan kitchen/dining and living room are located. The front patio is accessible through the lounge room and offers stunning views of the Capricorn Coast and Rosslyn Bay Harbour. The rear of this level boasts the Master Bedroom and private ensuite along with another bedroom with it’s own private ensuite. Out the back is a private little deck overlooking the nature reserve at the rear.

Other things to note
As the driveway is shared with the house next door no cars can be parked in the driveway. The garage can fit two small cars or one large 4wd size car. If extra parking is required the cars will need to be parked in on street parking at the bottom of the shared driveway.

The house is set over two levels with 18 stairs separating the levels. There are no safety barriers at the top or bottom of the stairs.
