Sit around the fire pit sharing a marshmallow or two with the kids creating great holidays memories.

Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture or the pool area.

The space
This very private home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite & with a 58' smart tv), big living room with a very comfy couch and 75' smart tv with sound bar, 2 dining areas, 1 indoors and 1 outdoors (undercover), fully equipped open plan kitchen, laundry area and a big fully fenced backyard with a firepit.

Only 3 km to the beach, restaurants and bars and only 2km to a supermarket, a bakery, sushi shop and Liquorland, this home is the perfect base for family or friends to set to explore what our region has to offer, the Great Barrier Reef, Daintree (the oldest rainforest in the world), the Tablelands, Kuranda and Port Douglas among the most popular attractions.

The garage is not available for guests but you can park in the driveway or in the dedicated, lockable and camera monitored space in the yard on the side of the house.

No pets and no glass or sharp objects are allowed in the pool area, children under 12 must be supervised at all times.

- The pool liner is made of 3mm neoprene so glass sharp objects and pets could rip the lining.

- ⁠The pump is set to come on automatically from 10-1 daily, so that’ll be when the spa jets come on and can’t/shouldn’t be changed.

Guests have access to the whole house with the exception of the garage.

Guests can park in the driveway or in the fully fenced backyard on the side of the house (there is a CCTV camera monitoring this parking space).

Located just 20 minutes from Cairns CBD, 10 minutes to Palm Cove and only 45 minutes to Port Douglas, it is the perfect base to discover what the Cairns region has to offer.

Trinity Beach is one of Cairns’ best beaches, offering a great selection of cafes and restaurants and a swimming area patrolled year-round with stinger nets provided in the warmer months.

Lined with beautiful beach almond and coconut trees, finding a shady spot along the beach is never difficult. There are also free barbecues to make use of along the shoreline.

You can access a number of walking tracks in the area including the popular Earl Hill walking trail and the short but scenic Taylor’s Point at the southern end of the beach.
