With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lock up garage, pool and balconies this is the perfect location for your next family or small group holiday. The bus stops are also less than a minute away by foot. A convenience store and two fabulous restaurants are across the road; while Hastings St is a 1km flat walk along Noosa Parade.

The space
Whether dining in award-winning restaurants, splashing in the surf or relaxing on the golden sands of Main Beach, this is the ideal location to enjoy the very best that Noosa has to offer!

The first-floor is the hub of the property and has soaring ceilings with huge picture windows that flood the entire room with natural light and add to the enormous volume of space.

Continuing the relaxed theme throughout, the kitchen, dining and living areas seamlessly flow onto the breezy balcony. Completing this level are bedrooms 2 & 3 that offer large built in robes, plus the guest bathroom, separate WC & a laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The second floor is your own personal retreat and welcomes you with the master suite, walk-in robe, a generous fully-tiled ensuite bathroom & your own secluded terrace. Natural light and cross breezes are also in abundance here. Ceiling fans exist in all bedrooms. As well as Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom.

The complex of just 3 properties also offers a sparkling swimming pool as the perfect alternative to the beach on a hot seasonal day.
