The space
Living Area:

Relax in the cosy living area area furnished with couch and chair, coffee table, ambient lighting from a stylish lamp, and a small dining table with chairs. Entertainment is provided by a wall-mounted television, and for added comfort, there's a heater to keep you warm.

Kitchenette:

The convenient kitchenette features modern amenities including a microwave, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, portable stovetop, sandwich maker and toaster. Complete with crockery, glasses, and cutlery, it's equipped for your culinary needs. Please note, there are no built-in hot plates or oven, but two communal BBQs are available for your use.

Upstairs Bedroom:

Sleep peacefully in the upstairs bedroom which accommodates up to four guests. It offers a king-sized bed and two single beds nestled beneath an A-frame style roof. You'll find a wall-mounted television, dressers, clothes hanger, storage baskets, and a split system for climate control for the entire apartment.

Downstairs Bathroom:

The bathroom downstairs features a vanity, toilet, and shower. For your convenience, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries are provided.

Private Courtyards:

Enjoy outdoor relaxation in the private courtyards. The rear courtyard is furnished with a high table and chairs, while the front courtyard offers two chairs perfect for basking in the morning sun or admiring the evening stars.

Allocated Car Space:

Included is one allocated car space within the complex in car park 11.

Additional Amenities:

A full linen and bathroom package is provided with each booking, excluding beach towels. Guests have access to a washing machine in the bathroom, along with pegs, clothesline, portable clothesline, iron, and ironing board. Please bring your own washing powder. Additionally, a room freshening fee is available upon request for an additional charge.
