🦘 Wildlife: Wild kangaroos frequently visit the property. For their safety and yours, please supervise children and pets at all times and never allow them to approach or chase the wildlife.

💧 Unfenced Pond: There is an unfenced pond at the back of the property. Constant and direct supervision of children and pets is absolutely essential when in this area.

🔥 Firewood: A complimentary starter supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace. For longer stays or extensive use, you may wish to purchase or bring extra.
