Escape to your own private, self-contained garden apartment with breathtaking views of the bay. Perfectly designed for relaxation, this space has been freshly set up with brand new furniture throughout, ensuring a comfortable and stylish stay.

The heart of the apartment is the bright, open-plan living area and kitchen. With large sliding doors on two sides, you can open the space up to welcome in the cool sea breezes and step directly onto the terrace and into the shared garden. While the breezes are often all you need, air conditioning is available for those extra warm nights.

Living: Relax on the brand new, comfy couch (which easily converts to a queen-size bed) or enjoy a meal at the dining table with seating for four.

Kitchen: The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a dishwasher, microwave and oven.

Bedroom: Unwind in the peaceful bedroom, featuring a new, luxurious king-size bed, bedside tables, a ceiling fan for your comfort, and a tallboy for your belongings.

Workspace: A dedicated desk is conveniently located in the hall, providing a quiet spot to work or plan your day.

Bathroom: A clean, modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a large sink.

Laundry: A private washing machine is available for your convenience.

Outdoor Area: Your own dedicated outdoor space includes two chairs and a BBQ, perfect for an evening cookout while enjoying the view.

You will have the entire self-contained garden apartment to yourself, with your own private entrance. You also have access to the shared garden space.

We are proud to be environmentally conscious. The house is powered by a solar and battery system, and we use collected rainwater for the garden, laundry, and toilets.

Neighbourhood highlights

Kingsley Terrace is a quiet, family-oriented area. There is a bus stop in front of the house, the train station is a short walk or cycle away. The boathouse is located between Manly Village with its pubs and restaurants (on 5-10 minute walk away) and Wynnum with more restaurants and supermarkets and also a 5 to 10 minute walk! The bay is just down the road, and is the place to go for a relaxing evening walk!

Before I became Australian I was Dutch and like any Dutchmen, I try to speak as many languages as i can.. no promises on how good my German, Spanish or French is though!
