Small but well appointed, and only a short walk from iconic Manly beach and the Corso, this stylish one bedroom apartment will fulfill all your holiday or long stay needs.

The 7th floor unit is located in a security block and offers panoramic views of Manly, Manly Beach and Shelly Beach. It is only a short stroll from the many restaurants and cafes, and vibrant Manly night life. The Manly ferry is only 5 minutes away, giving easy access to the city and beyond.

The space
The split level apartment 'Manly Beach Seabreeze' features a bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. The lounge features a sofa, a dining table and opens up to a full length balcony with sweeping district and beach views. The kitchenette is small but well-stocked giving you the option to self-cater when you're not taking advantage of the myriad international dining experiences at your doorstep. For those hot summer days, the living room is equipped with air conditioning and the bedroom with a ceiling fan.

Manly Beach Seabreeze has gorgeous eastern views. Watch the sun rise from the balcony and also make sure to stay home to watch the full moon come up over Shelly Beach. The view of the monastery, St Patrick’s Estate, lit up at night is really special.

Communal areas on rooftop of the complex include a plunge pool, BBQ entertaining area and washing and drying facilities (coin operated).

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to two adults due to its size, layout and hot water system.

The balcony balustrades are low and unfortunately the apartment Is not suitable for kids.

Guest access
The unit is private and self contained. Guests have full exclusive use to the unit and access to the shared rooftop pool and BBQ area.

As much as we will always try to give you early checkin and late checkout when possible, the unit is often booked for a same day change around (one guest in and one guest out on the same day). So if you have an early flight or arrival and need early access or storage, you might consider to book the night before /after. Access is available 24hour.

Standard check-in is 3pm and checkout is 10am.

Other things to note
BUILDING WORK
The building is large and was built in the 70’s. There is a need for regular maintenance and renovations. To minimise the impact on guests and residents, noisy work is confined to Wednesdays where possible, between the hours of 8am and 5pm from February to November (outside of the busy December and January summer period). We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to plan offsite activities on Wednesdays to avoid any noise disturbance. We will aim to give you advance notice wherever possible. FYI schedule attached in photo.

STAIRS
There are a few steps from the hallway corridor to the unit front door (7) and also steps (7) from the bedroom down to the living area (as per photo). Unfortunately, the unit is not suitable for people with restricted mobility or kids. Lifts are available to get to the 7th floor.

PETS:
We will consider pet request on a case by case basis. Due to the proximity of our neighbours, and the building strata rules, please note that we are unable to accept agressive or noisy / anxious pets.

ONSITE PARKING COST
There has been a few changes to the strata rules recently and onsite Parking is no longer available. Parking in Manly is a challenge and the location of the unit right in the middle of the pedestrian area is ideal to visit without your vehicle.
The Council Car Park (the building is built on top of it) has 2 hour free parking which can be used to unload your vehicle. Refer to the Manly National council car park pricing here: (correct at Aug 2025 but please check online)

Daytime (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM):
Up to 2 hours: Free.
2 - 2.5 hours: $12.50.
2.5 - 3 hours: $15.50.
3 - 3.5 hours: $20.00.
3.5 - 4 hours: $24.00.
4 - 5 hours: $37.50.
5+ hours: $50.50.
Early Bird (in before 9am and out after 3pm, Monday-Friday): $25.50.
Evening (7:00 PM - 6:29 AM):
Evening (in after 7pm, out by 12am): $5.50.
Overnight (in after 12am, out by 6:30am): $5.50.
Note:
The car park uses licence plate recognition, according to Northern Beaches Council.
Re-entering or visiting another Northern Beaches Council car park within 3 hours of exiting will incur fees starting at the 2 – 2.5 hourly rate, according to NSW Government.

THE SHARED ROOFTOP AREA:
There is a shared rooftop outdoor lounge area, bbq and a swimming pool (unheated) on level 9 with 270 degree views of the ocean (note that the pool is quite small and has a communication tower behind it).
