Upon entering, you'll find a spacious living and dining area complete with a Smart TV, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with all the modern essentials (including a coffee machine!), making catch ups with family or a group of friends a breeze. Additional “break out” spaces include a second lounge area next to a floor-to-ceiling window that fills the space with gorgeous natural light (a perfect spot to enjoy a book), or in the garage you’ll find a pool table where you can challenge your friends or family to a friendly game!

Step outside to discover a covered entertaining area, with a barbecue and picnic table, ideal for dining al fresco. The enclosed yard provides a safe space for children to play freely.

The main bedroom boasts an ensuite with shower and toilet. A luxurious main bathroom services the remaining three bedrooms, and features a stunning bath, walk-in shower, spacious vanity, and toilet. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, allowing guests to unwind in their own way.

Complete with Wi-Fi throughout, as well as ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans, guests can enjoy a relaxing environment all year round. For added convenience, there is off-street parking available for two vehicles, and an internal laundry with washing machine.
