Relax with your family or friends at this peaceful little cottage situated on a farm with direct Murray River frontage.

Enjoy walks and picnics on the farm and along the river bank, or use our boat ramp for excellent fishing or waterskiing.

The farm is situated adjacent to the bike track between Corowa & Mulwala, ideally located for a riverside ride to Lake Mulwala, or in the other direction to Corowa & beyond to the nearby Rutherglen Wineries.

The cottage has free wifi & is pet friendly.

The space
This cottage sleeps 6 guests comfortably, and up to 8 (by arrangement) if the sofa bed is used.

The main bedroom has a queen bed & a single bed.

The second bedroom, which is a small sleepout, is accessed through the main bedroom or directly off the front porch. It has a bunk bed (single top, double underneath).

The lounge room is cosy, being a small space with a wood heater which you are welcome to use. The sofa folds out into a double bed for bookings of 8 people, although this scenario leaves very little extra space for sitting.

The kitchen & deck both provide great spaces, each seating 6 around a table.

The bathroom is simple with a shower over the bath & a small vanity.

There is an outbuilding in the garden which houses the laundry.

The firepit provided outside at the back of the cottage is the perfect spot for gathering, & cooking marshmallows!

The cottage is fully fenced. The fence is climbable though & is not pet proof, so children & pets need supervision.

Ample open parking space is available, there is not an undercover carport.

The cottage is on a working farm and is situated just under 300m from the river.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the entire cottage, & take walks around the farm or along the nearby river, and use the boat ramp on the property. The bike track adjacent to the property is very easy to access (bikes not supplied).
