Nestled in a stunning setting, this home backs onto serene Byron Creek and parklands, offering a peaceful retreat for paddling, splashing, or relaxing. With child- and dog-friendly spaces, it’s perfect for family fun and outdoor adventures.

Inside, the main house features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed dressed in fresh white linen and an ensuite showcasing freestanding unique bathtubs—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
UNIQUE GYPSY CARAVAN: INSTA-WORTHY CHARM
For a truly unique experience, the gypsy caravan, connected to the main house via a covered deck, offers a rare opportunity to stay in a beautifully designed space. With two double beds made up with crisp white linen, it provides a cosy space complete with a private toilet and washbasin. An additional full bathroom in the main house ensures extra convenience during your stay.

Cook up a storm in the fully equipped dream kitchen, complete with a six-burner Fisher & Paykel oven and a fully stocked spice drawer.
LAUNDRY:
Keeping things fresh and clean is a breeze with the full-sized washing machine and dryer, ready to handle all your holiday laundry needs. Whether it's sandy swimsuits or your favourite cosy jumper, we've got you covered!

Step through beautiful French doors onto a spacious back deck, perfect for alfresco dining with a table for ten and a BBQ under the pergola, all set against the backdrop of majestic trees and the tranquil Bangalow creek.
Start your mornings on the front verandah, relaxing on the daybed with a coffee or a good book, or gather in the backyard around the fire pit on cool evenings.
For added fun, there’s even a trampoline and a couple of tree swings for the young or young at heart.

For guests not travelling with pets, rest assured our home is professionally cleaned to the highest standard between stays, ensuring it’s always pristine and welcoming for everyone.
COOLING AND HEATING:
The air-conditioned living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms ensure year-round comfort, while the gypsy caravan has its own heating/cooling fan.
The house stays wonderfully cool on hot days when kept closed, providing a comfortable retreat from the heat. On cooler days, opening the front and back bifold doors creates a lovely cross breeze and a seamless connection to the outdoors.
When it rains, the soothing sound of raindrops on the roof fills the house, creating a cosy and calming atmosphere—perfect for those who love the serenity of a rainy day.

BANGALOW TOWN:
Bangalow is an iconic and vibrant village, offering an array of boutique homeware stores, artisan clothing boutiques, and cozy cafés. Every Saturday, the village comes alive with the renowned Bangalow Farmers Market, offering fresh local produce, artisan goods, and a lively atmosphere. On the fourth Sunday of each month, there’s also a delightful Sunday market brimming with local crafts and produce. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through town where you can also discover the famous, family-friendly Bangalow Bowlo and a host of cafes, restaurants and Bangalow pub.
BYRON BAY BEACHES:
For beach lovers, the pristine sands and world-class surf of Byron Bay are just 15 minutes away, where you’ll also find luxury spas, lively markets, and a host of top-tier dining options.
The beautiful Byron bay lighthouse (most easterly location in Australia) located just 15 minutes away within Walgun Cape Byron State Conservation Area.

Ballina Airport is only a 19-minute drive away, and for those arriving from further afield, Gold Coast Airport is a convenient 45-minute journey.

FRIENDLY WILDLIFE:
Bangalow is home to some wonderfully friendly wildlife.
Under and around the house, you may spot families of Water Dragons. (shy lizards). These shy, peaceful creatures love basking in the sun and occasionally enjoying a banana. Please treat them kindly—they’re a delightful part of the natural surroundings.
STAYING WITH PETS:
If you’re staying with pets, we kindly ask that you keep an eye on them to ensure they don’t chase or disturb the local wildlife.
