This recently renovated, spacious “Mansions" apartment with a superb CBD address makes an ideal base to explore Adelaide. Close to Adelaide’s Cultural, Shopping, Restaurant & University precincts with Fringe & Festival, WomAdelaide and TDU village only a short stroll away. The National Wine Centre, Festival Theatre, Adelaide Zoo, Adelaide Oval, Convention Centre, Botanic Gardens, Art Gallery, Museum, Library & RAH are at the doorstep & in close proximity to some of Adelaide’s best dining & bars.

The space
Recently renovated, this stylish apartment provides a spacious 65sqm one bedroom and open plan kitchen, lounge and dining. The "Mansions" is a purpose built apartment dating back to 1910. It’s full of character and charm and every floor displays historical photos of Adelaide. The recently heritage tiled "Juliette" balcony lets you enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine overlooking Pulteney St and nearby North Terrace. Perfect for business traveller's requiring more space or couples to enjoy time away. Great for long term guests with a fully equipped kitchen, Flat Screen smart TV, fast WIFI and working area. A coin operated washing machine is available in the building a few steps away. Continental breakfast is provided to welcome your stay. Milk, bread, fruit, cereals, jams & spreads and generous supply of Nespresso Coffee pods for the coffee maker and an assortment of Twinings teas are also available.
Car parking is available 24 hours a day for a maximum of $30 at U-Park in Rundle Mall (Guests must book separately). Longer Term guests can park & access their car at anytime for $320 per month. More details and discounts can be obtained on the U-Park website.
The Mansions apartment is inclusive and welcomes all guests but may not be appropriate for guests travelling with young children due to the Juliette balcony. Adults must supervise children at all times on the balcony.
An extra floor mattress is available at the cost of $50 per night. If guests require separate sleeping areas please enter 3 guests when booking and the bed will be made up for you on arrival.
