Historic Church Cottage circa 1890’s is the perfect home for family and friends to enjoy the village of Millthorpe and the region of Orange. Offering 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and one with a double and single, the family is all covered! Dining table for 8 ensures meals are enjoyed at home, or walk 5 minutes to the options of Millthorpe. Off street parking and large level grassed garden for games or relaxing.

Very close to the Milthorpe township in a lovely quiet area.
The house is beautifully styled with thoughtful detail and with nothing overlooked.

Timmy: A very generously spaced house that was perfect for the 6 of us. A short 5 minute walk into the town centre. The house was very nicely decorated and was on a quiet street. Would definitely recommend!

Adrienne: Church Cottage Millthorpe was very comfortable for our family of four. The cottage is well appointed and homely. The location is great for exploring the region.
Best to bring basic supplies, as there is no corner store open at present. Apparently there is one in the pipeline. Blaney is a 10min drive for grocery supplies.
Perhaps plan your stay for late in the week and weekend, as a lot of stores are closed during the
week.
The kids loved the playground and skatepark at the end of the street, and the lolly shop which was open daily.
The meals at the Millthorpe Hotel were very good, and we also enjoyed a lunch at The Millthorpe Providore.
We loved strolling the streets and enjoying the wonderful buildings and gardens.
The local museum at the end of the street is well worth a visit too.
Church Cottage is a great base to explore the Orange region.

Bernie: A great house with everything we needed. It was as described in the ad - no surprises! The place is well furnished, the beds were firm and comfortable and kitchen equipment was clean and generous in quantity. A BBQ tool and grater would be good additions to the kitchen, but they are a very minor point. The garage came in handy too when a large storm was forecast with possible hail.
The location is good - only a short walk to the local park which the kids enjoyed and the pub, which we enjoyed :)

Other things to note
Gas ducted heating will keep you cosy through winter, radiators in the bedrooms and open slow combustion fire in the lounge. The fire will burn through the night, ready to fire up in the morning! Nothing better than an open fire to welcome the winter morning!
