Welcome to my brand new home, finished in March 2024 – bright, spacious, quiet, and luxuriously furnished throughout. All beds and bedding are high quality and brand new.

You're just 5 mins’ drive to Chadstone and a short walk to:

• Coles (Warrigal Rd)
• The Silver Linings café
• Batesford Reserve parklands
• Holmesglen Station (26 mins to Flinders St)
• Bus stops on Warrigal Rd

Also close to Deakin Burwood, and Monash Clayton & Caulfield – ideal for international students settling in.

As your host, I’m always available – happy to give you space or share a chat. I think you’ll love it here.

I live here too, but you'll usually feel like you've got the place to yourself - unless you want to chat. Guests usually come as strangers, and (particularly when here for more than a few days) leave as friends.
