Birchgrove comprises two spaces, the Main House and the Loft.
The Main House
6 bedrooms | 4 bathrooms
An open-plan family, living and dining zone with rural views, a separate living room with gas fireplace, a media room and a large games room. The eat-in country kitchen is fully appointed with designer appliances and a butler's pantry.
The Loft
1 bedroom | 1 bathroom
Self-contained with its own kitchen, living room, gas fireplace and private deck. An optional Sofa bed can be arranged.
Guest access
For the duration of your stay, Birchgrove is reserved exclusively for you and your guests.
You have full access to the Main House, the Loft and the landscaped grounds, including the alfresco pavilion with open fire, built-in barbecue and heating. A sauna sits off the mudroom.
Firewood is supplied and all household essentials are prepared in advance, including quality linen, bath towels, kitchen provisions and bathroom amenities.
A House Manual on the island bench covers the home and local recommendations.
Other things to note
Birchgrove sits within a quiet residential pocket. We ask guests to be mindful of neighbours, particularly in the evening and in the outdoor spaces.
The home is not available for parties, functions or events.
Oak floors, custom joinery and considered finishes run throughout, and we maintain a high standard of presentation. We ask that the home is treated with the same care.
High-speed WiFi and streaming services are available throughout.
