Остановитесь с семьей в самом центре Гюмри (район Слабодка, на знаменитой балконной улице "Варем Марем") вблизи достопримечательностей. Дом полностью отремонтирован. Оснащен полностью новым имуществом и оборудованием, установлены все коммуникации, индивидуальная система отопления, Wi-Fi. В одной спальне одна двуспальная кровать, в другой две односпальные кровати, а в гостиной два дивана, которые можно использовать как кровати. Гости могут пользоваться павильоном во дворе со всеми удобствами.
