Az első szinten a tulajdonosok laknak, azonban a közös bejárati ajtótól eltekintve, teljesen elszeparált, kulccsal zárható a felső két emelet./The apartment is near the centre. Gute Luft und eine herrliche Fauna und Flora erwarten sie! ​ Die schöne Barockstadt Györ liegt nur 20min entfernt. Budapest und Wien sind in 90min bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen und am Plattensee sind sie ebenfalls in der gleichen Zeit.
