It was a good place to be live in Seoul. The house was clean, complete for all essential things and on the first time you enter the house it smell was soooo gooood. The location is so nice, close with subway and bus station. The host really helpfull, she help me to order fried chicken 🤣🤣 I will come to this house again once coming to Seoul again. Thankyou!!!!

Young Ju is a great owner, very helpful and responds immediately. The flat location is near Yeoksam station exit 1, short 5-7 mins walk. We had a family reunion and the flat could accomodate our big family, the younger ones occupied the 2nd floor. The flat has everyhing you need to feel like home for a month or even longer.

It's a secluded place, so it's quiet. I used it for delivery because of a business trip, but it was good for the price, so I used it again this month.

I had a pleasant stay with John. He is a genuinely kind and helpful host, always ready to assist with any request or concern promptly. The accommodation was reasonably priced and well-maintained—ideal for two people, though a bit compact for three. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, made even better by John's warm hospitality.

Fefa Station is the nearest station.From Fefa Station, there is no up and down the road, so it is easy to understand and easy to get to the house.(You can also walk to Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, but it is a little further than Fefa Station, and there is a little up and down.) The bus stop called Dongdaemun General Market is about between Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, so it is easy to understand how to get to and from the airport⇔ house. The house is clean and stylish as pictured.It is kept clean and pleasant. There is also a range, pots, dishes, silverware, pots, knives, etc., and dish soap. You can also use the washing machine, but please take your detergent with you. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy meals. The surrounding area is safe and very quiet. There is a Starbucks and CU (convenience store) between the area around Fefa Station to the house, making it convenient.There are also cafes, mochi shops, and bakeries. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom.Body soap and shampoo are also available.Bring your own toothbrush. They gave us a detailed guide to the point that we had no questions, and the house was as neat as the photos and modernly decorated! Bedroom, kitchen (inside the fridge, sink, etc.), bathroom (washbasin, shower) were very clean without any inconvenience, and the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, towels) were all equipped, so I was able to wash without any shortage. I also liked the stylist service, which allowed me to wear the clothes I had worn again in a refreshing way. There was a wardrobe, so it was also good for storing personal items. In the case of the air conditioner, I checked the cleanliness, and it didn't smell, and I used it well without any errors. Thank you for making a happy trip to Daegu☺️

Apartment looks a little bigger than it actually is in the photos and the upper floor is quite dark. The place is still a 10/10. I felt at home after a short time. The amenities and condition of the apartment were immaculate. A beautiful view from the roof terrace, plenty of towels and everything right nearby. 7 Eleven 2 min walk. If I come to Gangnam again, I will definitely book this place again! Thank you for this lovely stay! :)

The outdoor terrace was so nice. It was also near Seoul Station, so the location was so good. I recommend it to others!!!!

The apartment was a tad hard to find, but we eventually got there. There was just a tad confusion with the instructions. I enjoyed the stay. The place was clean and spacious. The apartment is so close to everything in Hongdae and the subway. An ideal location.

It's a quiet, clean, and lovely place to stay ~ It's my second visit and I'll leave you a review because it's still spotless. The sea is within walking distance, and you can see the sea from the terrace or the mirror in the master bedroom, and the morning sunrise was beautiful. It was nice to have a convenience store and coffee shop right in front of the accommodation. The accommodation is very, very clean, and the bedding is fluffy and clean, so you can sleep well. The bathroom was very clean and there were plenty of towels. There is a washing machine, rice cooker, toaster, Dyson hair dryer, and air purifier, and there is also a water purifier, so you don't have to buy bottled water. There were no shortages of kitchen utensils. There is a barbecue available on the spacious terrace, and there is a large table and several beds, so it was a great place to visit as a family or a group. I felt the care in decorating the space in one place, and the hosts were on the first floor, so they took care of me right away if I needed anything. It was a great place to stay for my healing trip, so if I come back to Songdo, I will visit again.

It was close to Wangsimni Station, so it was easy to go, and I was grateful that the host kindly guided me. There were several beds, plenty of towels, and shower supplies, so it was really comfortable. The interior was white and clean, and the fridge was large, so I was satisfied enough to visit again and had a good time!

I was so satisfied with the accommodation!! The atmosphere was really good and there was a lot of food around, so I had a good time! I want to come again when my friends come down next time!

There was a sea nearby, so it was really nice to take a walk, and above all, the inside of the accommodation was really nice.

I stayed in a quiet village, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. It was nice that they prepared plenty of towels and checked if there were any inconveniences in between. You gave me a honey bun as a gift, and I rested comfortably before leaving. The location is also close to the terminal, so there are many restaurants just 5 minutes away by car. I recommend it to those who need healing.

It was a comfortable stay—very convenient in many ways as well. Yoony was really responsive and hospitable. The house also looked its name, Art House. I’d stay here again! It’s a bit of a hike to get here from the bus station so those with knee problems should keep that into consideration. The alley in front is narrow so sometimes taxi drivers want you to walk where they are. That said, I’m in my 60s and did fine!

There were many parking spots, and it was comfortable to separate the garbage. 4. It was nice to have a dining table where many people could sit and eat and play. - 1. It was a shame that the charcoal was only in the center and a little less.(If you ask for more, you'll give me more maps. - 2. It's a pity that you received the number of people + the bedding rain separately. (20,000 people + 20,000 bedding = 40,000!!) * * * * * I think I will stay here even if I go again. *****

Ey made everything easy and convenient from start to finish. She was always extremely friendly, responsive, proactive and helpful. Her space was clean and free of clutter. Comfortable and private space, conveniently located near Camp Humphreys. Great host, and will definitely stay again!

It's a great place to stay. There are plenty of amenities such as tableware and towels, so it's nice, clean, and has a good structure. I especially liked the spacious wooden dining table. It was also good for cooking and leaving luggage. It's also perfect for grilling meat in the yard. Feedback is quick, and the scenery is nice. The group wants to come here again next time. Thanks to the friendly host, the whole family was able to have a comfortable and enjoyable trip. The seaweed you gave me in the evening was one of the best seaweed I've had so far. Next time I go on a trip to Geojedo, of course I will choose it again.

An absolutely amazing Airbnb stay. Host was so welcoming and even came to the Airbnb to greet us and help us. The Airbnb is in a perfect location right near the station and a short walk to the famous hongdae Street. The airbnb has everything you need and it is clean and tidy. It looks amazing in person and we felt right at home. I highly recommend anyone staying in Seoul. Will surely stay here again when returning to Korea. Host was amazing and very helpful. It’s only 15/20 min walk from lotte world and lotte tower and you can enjoy the view during that walk 🤌🏻

1. Best place to stay if you love shopping in gangnam. It's pretty much close to so many restaurants and shops 2. Gaining access to public transport is super easy as the place is close the bus stops, train stations and taxi drivers are everywhere 3. The host is amazing! Mr Lee was very helpful with my inquiries and gave myself a tour around the local area. 4. The apartment was spacious with plenty of space (much bigger than the usual apartments). 5. Overall I had a blast staying there :) Would highly book it again if I were to visit Gangnam again
