Damoa House is a space for families to stay, and it is a Yes Ski's Zone and a space for pets to stay together. We have prepared 4 beds so that our guests can rest as comfortably as possible. You can't see citrus trees outside the large living room window, but the views of the fields, that you can't see in the city center, will give you a little break from your tiring daily life. Although it is on the second floor, as it is a commercial house, children can play as much as they want in the house. Since it is located along Gangneung-daero, it is advantageous to visit. Gyeongpo Beach, Gangmun Beach, and Anmok Coffee Street are very accessible within 5 minutes by car. Also, there are many restaurants and attractions within a 10-15 minute walk, such as Chodang Tofu Village, Toomaru Café, Donghwa Garden, famous for Sundubu Jjambbong, Poongnyeon Ribs, famous for raw ribs, Chodang Cheomtteok, famous for grilled tteok, and Wonder Sky, where you can enjoy exchanging views regardless of age. ➡️Fast entry is not allowed. Please refrain from using the jacuzzi in the middle of the night. @Uphill The House is located 5-7 minutes by car from Gangneung Station, and is a private accommodation with a newly renovated 4th floor space. Within 5 minutes on foot, there are marts, pharmacies, cafes, etc. It will be a space where you can rest quietly while feeling the sea breeze of Namhangjin Beach and the pine breeze of Woltaisan Mountain. * Free parking is available on the fence line in front of the building, and you must use the stairs in the building. *Guest access and precautions In the prepared kitchen space, only simple cooking is possible, and meat and fish dishes (including barbecue) are not allowed. Seasoning is not provided. You can separate food and general waste in a plastic bag on the sink shelf and place it in front of the front door. All the floors in our hillside house are tiled, so even a small amount of moisture can easily cause you to slip. Please take extra care for your safety.

An old house in Gangneung that reminds you of your childhood home life. I wanted to create a space that embodies the modern lifestyle of workation while still feeling local. The word 'Jann' means 'to flow smoothly' and is used twice in the name 'JannJann'. As the name implies, we hope that the time of conversation that flows smoothly during the trip can be a good memory for everyone. I think about the colors and scents of the city every time I travel, so I decorated the point of Janjan in blue. Janjan divides the yard into two based on the flowerbed, and on the second floor, there is a balcony space that connects the outside and the inside, and through the large folding door on the balcony, you can fully feel the seasonal feeling of Gangneung and the coziness of the neighborhood. Janjan aims to live in harmony with local culture and locality. And the guests who visit here also become the subject of breathing life into the local culture. I hope you enjoy your trip as if you have lived in this neighborhood for a long time.

It is a small new building in a quiet residential area 5 minutes from Gangneung Station.Since my major was interior design, I was also interested in architecture.I put that long-standing desire into the Romantic House. It is a multi-story building with a modern and interesting structure built with a combination of white tones and wood. There are bathrooms on the first and second floors, and it is completely blocked from the outside, but it is designed to allow light and wind to pass through. The view, sunlight, and wind from the second floor are exotic, special, and even quiet. In the small garden on the deck side of the first floor, the flowers that bloom You can forget your daily life for a while and enjoy the freedom to wash your mind.

The wooden structure, which has stood for 86 years, has plenty to do with some crumbling spots. We saved the circle as much as possible with the hanok column, and we replaced some of the absences that we couldn't save, so that the past and present hang out in the wooden structure. Every space indoors was taken care to be visually communicated with the outside yard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the coziest place in this house.
