Villa Germaine – beautiful GARDEN and view of the SEINE

Welcome to Villa Germaine, a house with a direct view of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I have renovated with a view to welcoming you for a Burgundy getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be keen to make you have a very pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful bottoms in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Detached house with 1200 m2 fenced plot. Quiet neighborhood. Complete renovation in May 2025. Key handover in person or key box. Parking in front or in the courtyard. 2 bedrooms with 160 cm bed, sofa bed in the living room. Garden furniture and children's playhouse to enjoy the outdoors. Depending on the date of your booking, you may be able to eat some fruit and vegetables from the vegetable garden. Entrance through a veranda (7 steps).

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

To complete this idyllic setting, you will find outdoor games (petanque, badminton), hammock, kayak and barbecue on site. At the end of a cul-de-sac, peaceful country house located less than a 10-minute drive from the Orient Lakes. Guests can enjoy the view of our horses in the meadow, as well as walks in the forest accessible 200 m from the house. Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.
