Nowadays, the buildings of the past are disappearing and apartments and modern buildings are being built, but Hwaeng () was designed as a private stay for reflection as it was at that time. The name "Hwa-yeong" was created by comparing the flower that lives between the asphalt and concrete buildings to a flower blooming in the asphalt.
